Enjoy the Maui sunsets and peek ocean views during your dinner on the large upper lanai or read your book with the tropical breezes at this Maui condo. Vaulted ceilings and rich tropical décor complement the atmosphere surrounding you on The Palms at Wailea grounds and beautiful Wailea Maui Resort area. Your family of six will have room to spread out and relax. This Maui condo has plenty of space for the boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear in the large laundry and utility room just off the entrance hall to make your Maui vacation free of clutter in the living areas.

Walk out through the lush gardens by the tranquil waterfall to take a break from the beach and enjoy the whale shaped pool surrounded by palms and spectacular views of the ocean, Molokini, and Kahoolawe Island. This Hawaii vacation rental is truly unique. The home is furnished for the owners use and affords our guests amenities too numerous to mention. BBQ on the grill or enjoy preparing a dinner in a fully equipped kitchen with all recently upgraded appliances. This home is surrounded by a beautifully kept lawn and trees. This was a well cared for townhouse - great lanai, well stocked kitchen and full beach gear. The beds were comfy and Mike was super helpful with any questions we had. About a 5 min walk to a great beach. Easy walk to coffee and the shopping nearby.

Clean and well supplied property. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and things. The property is next to the road and is subject to allot of traffic noise. The property is centrally located near most beaches and shopping. The beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk for older folks.

The amenities were well thought out. Everything was provided and included which I attribute to our host Mike. We were a short walk to the beach with chairs, towels and even snorkeling equipment in hand. We loved our stay. Mahalo

This was our second time staying at this property and once again we had a fabulous time. The villa is walking distance to Keawakapu Beach and the Wailea Shops. The pool at the property was an excellent way to wind down in the afternoon. The property is spacious with two large bedrooms and a fantastic lanai. We had a minor hiccup when checking in, but Mike woke up in the middle of the night to help us out. We hope to come back a third time in the future.

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely book this home again.First, the location is even better than the reviews suggest. You're within walking distance of beautiful Mokapu Beach, which is much less crowded than many of the other beaches in Wailea. At the same time, you're just minutes from Maui's top resorts, restaurants, and shopping. It gives you all the convenience and atmosphere of staying at a resort without the crowds.Second, the house is incredibly well stocked for a beach vacation. It has everything you could need—beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, floaties, toys, and more. There are also plenty of board games, which were a nice bonus for relaxing at the house.Third, the home itself is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It was a little warm when we first arrived, but the air conditioning cooled the entire house down surprisingly quickly.Another unexpected highlight was the wildlife around the property. We loved seeing the variety of tropical birds and lizards throughout our stay—it really added to the Hawaiian experience.Finally, Mike was an outstanding host. He was responsive, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish.Highly recommend this property, and we look forward to staying here again!

The apartment was as advertised and more beautiful in person. Great location, beautiful surroundings. Nice walk to beach and shopping. We did not want to leave.

Mike, Anna and Masha reside in Phoenix, Arizona. Mike and his wife Hope had enjoyed Hawaii vacations since their first trip in 1985. After spending many years renting a summer place in Maui, they were fortunate enough to find our incredible Wailea home which had just been listed one summer the week we arrived on the island. We knew it was special when we walked in the first time and had it under contract before we returned home. Hope passed away in the late summer of 2011 but the family continues to gather in Maui where many memories of Hope are relished. Anna and Masha joined the family in 2017 and relish the many yearly trips we make to the island.

Over the years we have had the privilege of staying at various locations on many of the Hawaiian Islands. We have found the South Maui area provides access to shopping, restaurants and beaches that never appear crowded. With those amenities close, the Wailea Resort Area brings the tropical resort feel to every property. The Wailea Association insures that the properties are upkept and all landscaping and public areas contribute to the tropical resort environment.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our home is steps away from Keawakapu Beach, which is fronted by private homes versus large hotel or condominium complexes, eliminating large beach crowds. We call the home our Polynesian Villa, since it is the only building on the Palms property in the Polynesian architecture. The home is a tri-level, with access through a private entrance midway between the lower bedroom suites and the upper living areas. The large lanais both upstairs and downstairs provide ocean views over Keawakapu beach.
