We had a great stay at 44 Lands End. The house was very clean, spacious and quite comfortable, and in a great location for enjoying Hilton Head. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the island.The only thing to note is that there were no basic cooking items like seasonings or cooking spray, so it’s worth bringing your own if you plan to cook.

Beautiful stay

We loved this house. The photos don’t do it justice. The back porch and being able to watch the sunrise every morning out there was incredible. We loved the short walk to the beach although admittedly my parents were staying at a house on that side so we could walk through their house to get to it. It seemed like the public access boardwalk was close though. The house was well appointed and newly updated despite the photos making it seem a little less so. There are two bedrooms downstairs which were perfect for my husband and the kids and I and my siblings stayed upstairs. Great location, beautiful views, and gr at house. We will be back!

Great Property

Nice, secluded location in Sea Pines. Great view of the salt marsh and lighthouse. Would highly recommend this property.

Great views

The property is mostly as described. Great views at the end of the island., very quiet and peaceful. There were no lounge/club chairs as described, would be nice to have a few more comfortable chairs. Nice screen porch and deck. Biggest issue for us was the property is NOT accessible if you can’t climb stairs. There are stairs to front door and down to sun deck. The tub/shower edge is lower than normal.

44 Lands End

Fantastic location with a well stocked kitchen and thoughtfully readied by Beach Properties. There were a few issues with the house that needed to b e addressed during our stay, but Beach Properties did a great job of staying involved.
