Welcome to our Oceanfront four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This is the only 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo in the complex! We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community. Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There is also 2 deck boxes there filled with new beach chairs annually, and beach toys for the kids.

In May 2024, we opened up a brand new larger pool and pool deck. We are so excited for this new addition to Hilton Head Beach Villas. Also, there is a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!! Please call if you have additional questions .

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained the house was. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the major attractions and restaurants.The house had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of cozy spots to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies. The outdoor space was another highlight, with a lovely patio area where we enjoyed meals and evening drinks while taking in the beautiful views.Communication with the host was excellent. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and provided helpful tips on things to do in the area. It was clear that they take great pride in providing an excellent guest experience.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful, well-appointed space

This was one of the most well appointed vacation homes I have ever stayed in. So many times you will stay in a place and it looks like they stocked it and furnished it with leftovers. That is not the case here. The beds were comfortable, each of us had our own bathroom, with walk-in showers. The chairs and sofa were some of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I have ever relaxed in a rental. I actually took a picture of the chair with my glasses to see if I could find one for my own self at home. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and glasses, silverware, scissors!, Measuring cups, and spoons… They left us enough dishwashing liquid, a new sponge, paper towels, basically everything you need for a weekend. I would highly recommend the space. But I will say, if you Struggle with stairs, you will have to use them in the space. I will recommend this place to others who want to visit Hilton head Island.

Fabulous Location

Lovely townhome, as advertised. Ideal beachfront location. Great pool area. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for our group. Kitchen was well-stocked. Comfortable living/dining rooms. Enjoyed the large side porch.

Annual Family Vacation

Everything was exactly as pictured. Nice place and great to work with Property Management. We had to deal with Debbie (tropical storm/Hurricane) but still got to enjoy HH Island for most of our stay. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Overall a great place. We’d love to go back next year. John

Nice place for a family vacation

This unit worked well for our family vacation. Although the living space was a little tight for 6 adults and 3 children, the location, new swimming pool, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen were all plusses. The complex itself is old but this unit has had some updates although the flooring and furnishings are a little worn. The only real annoyance was the electronic lock which would not work properly despite multiple attempts. Fortunately the property management company provided multiple physical keys which we used during our stay.

Great property in Hilton Head. Keypad on door was a little tricky sometimes and unit heats up during the day, but everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Another lovely week in Hilton Head

We had a wonderful week in this beach townhouse for the third year in a row. The home has a great location and it is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. Owner and management company are very responsive.

Great oceanfront location and walking distance to Coligny shops, this townhouse end unit was the perfect place for two couples- lots of room and fairly well equipped kitchen. The only quibble was the hard to see/use front door entry keypad. Ask the rental agent for an old fashioned door key- much easier for older eyes.

Hilton Head, SC Visit

The grounds around the condo were very neat and secure behind an access gate, with private access to the beach. The condo was as described and clean. Kitchen area was well stocked with dinnerware for cooking all week. Didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything before using. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and nicely organized. We were a family party of 8, and had enough room and bathroom space. The condo had several locations to hang out outside and be in or out of the sun/wind. The area was quiet and did not feel busy. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful. Many stores and shops that are close enough to walk to with sidewalks the entire way. Owner was responsive when texting and answered any questions we had during the week.

Perfect Place for a Large group or family gathering

There were four rooms so we were all able to enjoy our space and also be together in the living room for food and games. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and eating out. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds. Great bathroom accommodations. Overall really wonderful place!

Great sunrise everyday!

Perfect for our family, great weather in February, when cool on the beach had a protected patio, best of all worlds. What a historic trip, tremendous history in Hilton Head and the Low Country. Fun restaurants. Home had everything we needed for a month long stay. Walked the beach every day, found lots of sharks teeth.
