Welcome to our Beachfront Paradise, our four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This is the only 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo in the complex!

We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Our complex, Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community.

Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There are also 2 deck boxes filled with new beach chairs annually, and beach toys for the kids.

In May 2024, we opened up a brand new larger pool and pool deck. We are so excited for this new addition to Hilton Head Beach Villas. Also, there is a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach.

Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!!

Lovely ocean view with a short walk to the beach. We loved having our own rooms and bathrooms for the four of us. Very nice bedding and decor. While we didn’t cook at the condo it is very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

We had such a nice time. The condo was equipped with everything needed for beach fun, cooking, and entertainment. The condo was spotless and the location was perfect. We will definitely be returning!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this condo. We had 6 adults and 4 children under 5 years old and unit was very comfortable. The side deck is decent size and is shaded by a tree a good portion of the day. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and there was plenty of beach equipment.

Absolutely perfect! Everything about this property is as described and will not disappoint. We had 8 adults in our party and had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. The starter packs of dish detergent, paper towels, TP, and garbage bags were a nice added touch. The owner is very responsive should you need anything or have any questions. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

This property is in an ideal location. It is right on the beach. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach is not too crowded in this location. You could walk to Coligny Beach Park with lots of shops and restaurants. There are tons of walking/riding trails. Our favorite spot was on the side deck. We sat out there every night; there was always a great breeze blowing through. We were a family of five adults and two kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for us. I had a few questions and Mark got back with me within a short period of time. I would recommend this condo.

What a beautiful property with one heck of a view of the ocean. We were greeted with all kinds of wildlife….deer, lizards, rabbits, birds and a cat here and there. Very clean and very roomy for our three families. We had a blast and will definitely rent again.

Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Great location. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza. Beach view is great! We really enjoyed our stay! Beds are also very comfortable. Easy beach access as well.

This was one of my favorite places that I've stayed in when vacationing in Hilton Head. Beach front, convenient to Coligny but far enough away from the crowds. I'm saving this one for future reservations! The place was perfectly equipped from kitchen supplies to beach supplies! We had enough space to come together or go our separate ways. The host communicated multiple times and was very responsive when I emailed them. Loved this place and will be booking again!

Ocean views, clean, as listed in photos. Accommodated our family of 8 great. Great stay would book again! Check in time was not flexible because of cleaning requirements they ran over our check in time but not a big deal. Thanks for a lovely place!

This villa is in a great location. It is very clean and the layout is fantastic with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, affording lots of privacy for couples traveling together. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday vacation at Beach Villa 5.

We had a party of 7 guest. We all found it very welcoming & comfortable. Very clean & stocked with everything you need. It was a pleasure to wake up to the sunrise over the ocean. Host was a great communicator. Would definitely recommend!!!

Nothing beats waking up early in the morning and enjoying a coffee on the deck while watching the waves and listening to the birds. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a large sitting area in the kitchen, this is the perfect place for families. Being directly on the beach is just the cherry on top.
