Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway.
An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island.
You can either rent this unit (North side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1141275 (South side) to your rental.
Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.
Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.
The stylish fenced backyard makes this small dog friendly property a true hidden treasure.

House was clean and kitchen fully stocked as well as plenty of beach chairs for us to use! Enjoyed our stay! This was our second time staying here and will be back again. Great location to restaurants and grocery store.

We had a great stay! You couldn't ask for a better location or spot at the beach. Our duplex had everything that we needed, and we would definitely stay there again.

It's a charming duplex right on the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner easy. It's not big, but the layout with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs was great with my daughters and grandson. They're a little messy, so they were regulated to their own area.

Amazing family vacation spot
This stay was absolutely amazing. Lovely owners, lovely property, and overall treasure island is a beautiful place. My family will be staying here again!

Peaceful Paradise
The property is in an excellent location. It has comfy beds, great beach chairs & everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Communication with our host was very easy. Hope to be back soon!

First time here
This was a very nice and convenient unit. Being pet friendly is a huge plus. Definitely would stay here again.
