Very nice condo just steps from the beach. Covered parking was a bonus. Location is great. Caddy's is right up the street and John's Pass is five minutes by car. Would definitley stay here again.

Condo was clean and nicely furnished. King size bed was wonderful. Beach access and beach view was excellent and we could walk to restaurants in area! Wewould definitely stay here again

Cute place right on the beach, Perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean. Great location on the beach. Adequate beach equipment. It was off season so parking was always available under the building. Just some minor suggestions. The bathroom needs wall mounted towel racks. Also we had one guest visiting us for 3 hours one afternoon and needed a parking space. Half the lot was wide own. We contacted the host for permission for the guest to park and was told if the host was in town that day she would provide another parking pass for not for free. We thought that was outrageous. At the very least the host should update her in room information as we discovered later that her stated rate was lower for this service. The host did suggest an alternate public parking lot 1/2 block away.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your visitor parking request. Each unit is allotted one parking pass. As noted in the check-in information sent with your access code a few days before arrival, an additional visitor pass carries a fee and must be requested in advance. Because we received your request on the day your guest was arriving, we unfortunately couldn’t arrange the visitor pass in time. Alternative parking options were available, though I understand the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Perfect stay for couples or small family.Unit had everything we needed - that you would need at home to cook a meal. Can shop at Publix not far from the condo and get groceries during your stay.Perfect quite beach area and breathtaking sunsets

Such a perfect little getaway! Very clean with everything you could need and more. Great location with so much within walking distance. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Had an amazing time and look forward to returning next year!

The place was beautiful. So clean. Steps away from the beach. My only critic would be it's advertised as having a balcony and that's why I booked it. What they are calling a balcony is the walk way to your room, which everyone walks down. You can put chairs there but have to bring them every night and stand up and move them if you are sitting in them when someone wants to get by

We enjoyed the spot and it was a good-sized place for a couple. Convenient to some restaurants and quiet, nice part of the beach.

Location is perfect, Beach is only steps away. We walked to dinner one night and found great restaurant that were close by. Host answered questions quickly too.

Sandra was very accommodating, she provide us with what we needed. The area is still recovering from the hurricane. Hopefully when we come back next year everything will be up an running.

Great location,, well maintained

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, there was nothing we needed that was not stocked already in the condo. We also LOVED the shower!
