The property was exactly as described. Host had excellent communication as to what to expect, check in/check out process, etc. This worked wonderfully for my trip to the Tetons/Jackson Hole. Highly recommend!

TV didn’t work, no place to sit outside, tiny bathroom, totally overcharged for cleaning fee for a two night one day stay.

The space was priced appropriately, considering it is an older condo with outdated accommodations. However, we cannot recommend this property due to the extremely thin walls and lack of sound insulation. Whenever the residents upstairs moved around, it sounded like a herd of bison walking overhead. The flooring and structural separation between the units appear to be inadequate, allowing virtually every footstep and movement to transmit directly into the condo below.Otherwise, the condo served its purpose as a more affordable lodging option in the Grand Teton area. If you are looking for budget-friendly accommodations and are not particularly sensitive to noise, it may be a reasonable option. However, if you value peace and quiet, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We’re very sorry for the noise transfer from the upstairs unit and the impact it had on your overall stay. As this is an older building, the sound insulation is not as effective as we would like, and some noise transfer is unfortunately inherent in multi-level properties. We completely understand how disruptive this can be and have purchased a sound machine to help minimize the impact and allow future guests to rest more comfortably. Great Stay in Jackson Area!

We had an amazing stay here, super accessible to jackson hole and Grand Teton and Jackson. Nice area too. We would absolutely recommend staying here. The property manager is super responsive and cares.

Peaceful Getaway

The community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house was clean and well stocked and the location is perfect for an easy commute to restaurants and browsing the local shops. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy bottom floor unit. Incredibly large and comfy bed. Simple kitchen with all of the essentials to make a week long stay feel like home. Communications with host company was easy, efficient, friendly, and accommodating! Perfect location for quick access to the mountain village. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!Friendly suggestion- add coat hooks near the door.

Would stay again

Spruces 3 is centered to everything Jackson Hole. The condo is well equipped for two. Everything you will need for the kitchen and bath. The king bed is very comfortable. Upstairs neighbors were a little bit noisy. The team at the Outpost were great. Very prompt with emails and text. Would love to stay again.
