While we always do our best to accommodate early check-ins when possible, it isn’t always feasible, particularly during peak season and on same-day guest turnovers. We’re sorry we weren’t able to provide early access in this case. We also apologize for the initial trouble with the internet. While we provided a temporary solution during your stay, a technician has since visited the property and confirmed that everything is now in good working order. Regarding the condition of the home, we strive to represent each property accurately, and the listing photos and descriptions are kept current to give guests a clear picture before booking. That said, we’re very sorry to hear about the cleaning and maintenance issues you encountered. We’ve addressed this feedback directly with our housekeeping team, and a thorough deep clean of the unit has been completed following your departure. We’ve also followed up on the barbecue to ensure it’s safe and properly maintained going forward.
