Location is perfect. Unit was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and all appliances worked well . The size of the unit was very comfortable. Beds slept well. We would rent again.

The bed pillows need to be updated. The guest bathroom toilet smelled like pee and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I’m surprised about your review as when I texted you said everything was fine. There is a sign in the condo that states the cleaners guarantee satisfaction to call with any concerns! Toilets are cleaned after every check out and pillows can easily be replaced.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is well appointed, really appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods. Lots of beach stuff available to use which was very helpful! Communication was easy and our host responded quickly to any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach view was perfect & beach access was very easy. I loved the location. It was walkable to shops & restaurants. I had questions about a couple things after we checked in. I texted the host, Lisa & she answered back right away & was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

VERY NICE CONDO

Lisa is a very attentive host. Our family enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. The balcony view is awesome!

Was perfect for our family vacation! Right on the beach with amazing view.

Incredible all around. Beach access was right out the door. When it started raining there was an indoor pool the kids could enjoy! Would book this again in a heartbeat if available for our next trip!

View, location, check in/out and communication was great. Needs updating especially the linens and pillows were very old looking and did not smell clean. Furniture in living room needs updating also. It was only surfaced cleaned. We have rented for over 30 yrs and for the money and fees we paid I really expected more. There is only one elevator in the building and there were long waits to get on and off which I know is not an unit owner issue but property owners should consider another one. I would rent again if these the updates were addressed for sure.

Thanks for your feedback. The elevator modernization project is complete, and both are now working. I have addressed other things mentioned.

Everything about the property was as described and we had no issues with the trip. Great location.

This condo is lovely and in a very good location. We didn't need the car for much because everything was in walking distance. Our host was friendly and responded quickly. We are looking forward to a summer trip as well. We loved staying here!

Wonderful place. Loved the location and convenience to surrounding area. Lisa went above and beyond to assist our needs or concerns. Highly recommend this home for any holiday. Kid friendly was a definite plus. We had a few things we had forgotten but all was readily available in the condo and in the share box downstairs. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Amazing place to stay at the Gulf Shores

Property has an amazing balcony that overlooks the ocean , it's super clean and the beds were more comfortable than most hotels. The Island Market and Waffle house is just across the street so its really convenient, you won't need to drive your car out just to get some supplies. Host was amazing, great communication and you'll enjoy your stay.

Condo itself was wonderful. The pool is way too small and the elevators are awful: long waits, unable to get the elevator to stop on your floor, things like that. As far as the condo goes, it was super. Clean, very well equipped, awesome view. Thank you, Lisa!

The owner is friends with Jesus

The weather was not the greatest for our stay here but the condo made up for it. It literally had everything you would have at your own house and then some. That bed in the master room had to be a gift to the owner from Jesus himself, it was like I was sleeping on a cloud. We watched dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed being so close to all the shopping spots. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully with better weather!
