Modern beach chic boutique apartment with a touch of old school Florida. Sleeps 2 on a comfy kind size bed. Separate bathroom with spacious living room that connects to the dining area. Full kitchen includes place setting for 2, starter kit of (paper towels, toilet paper, soap), tableware and cookware.

Located a short walk to a town beach and municipal beach. Access to water sports, fishing, dining, some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in Florida (Phil Foster Park).

Beautiful Property

The location is close to everything. The property has beautiful landscaping and courtyards. The overall property is well maintained. The owner manager is on property everyday. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Lovely stay

Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was small but set up well. There is a beautiful courtyard right outside the door with tables and lounge chairs. We often brought our meals or drinks out there. The beach is a short walk away. We also spent time at the pool onsite. The property manager Derek was great- very welcoming. He offered tips on restaurant etc. This place was exactly what we were looking for and if we come back to this part of FL we will try to stay here.

Palm Shores respite

Great spot

Was here for a wedding and it was perfect. Derek was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The units we rented were spacious, clean, quiet and super conveniently located. Thanks for a great trip!

DMB Anniversary Weekend

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Apartment was super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Derek was amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. Beaches, shops, and restaurants a few steps away. Will definitely stay again.

A hidden gem.

Very clean, comfortable, well furnished and maintained. You can tell the owner takes pride in this place. Derrick is on top of everything and very personable.

Nice beach getaway

The property was nicely kept with just enough space to relax indoor and out. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat in. Outside we’re tables and chairs to relax. It was nice having access to beach chairs! A walking distance from the beach and a handful of restaurants. Derek was wonderful to work with and accommodated our early arrival. One thing I would make note of if you’re staying for a few days an wanting to see the area, it may be worth getting a rental car. With a one way drive to most places being a $20-$30 Uber ride, it was cheaper to just rent a car. If you’re not planning on going anywhere far or often, or just want to go to and from the beach, you’re probably fine with Uber.

Convenient Location

The unit was spotless and very quiet. The bed was very comfy and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. For a relaxing weekend, you can park your car and walk to the beach and the inlet and several restaurants.

Another great stay here!

This is our second year in a row that we have stayed at this property- and it was again fantastic! Excellent hospitality form the owner; clean rooms that seem to be consistently upgraded- new doors from last year. Apt style room was perfect and we traveled our 2 year old. 2 minute second walk to the beach accross the street. restaurants and a couple of parks near by. great location & great place to stay. we will be back again within the year!

Quiet/cozy

Great stay! Perfect location to the beach and restaurants and shopping. We definitely would recommend to others! Comfortable, clean, ground were charming. Owner was accomodating. You won't be disappointed. Beach is beautiful

Great location and Great Service

We spent a week in this property and found it to be located within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, intercostal waterway, and shops. The unit was the perfect size for us, and contained great cable and internet service. It was very clean, and and the bed was comfortable. Towel service was available daily and that was a big plus. The owner was on site and was available to say hello or check in with us as needed. It was a great stay in a perfect condo.

Perfect for 2, conveniently located!

Derek was very responsive to inquiries. The property has neat, tidy units and a lovely intimate courtyard with multiple seating areas, in a quiet neighborhood. It is located 1 block from the ocean (altho there is also a lovely little pool onsite) and 2 blocks from several restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, but we ate most meals out. Many units have new heat pumps to replace the standard, noisier style A/C unit If you finish your book, you can swap it out with one of many located in the laundry room. We enjoyed our stay!

Just as pictured

This is a small efficiency apartment which gave me Miami Vice vibes located close to the beach, with a few dining options available within walking distance. A quiet beach front neighborhood with 1 parking space for convenience.

Being located in a beach town we want our guests to have an easy breezy stay. Our outdoor areas are quiet and welcoming. The town beach, which has a small kids playground is steps away. If you want to enjoy a night out on the town, we are a 15 minute drive away from West Palm Beach or Palm Beach Gardens. Check-in, put some flip-flops on, walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and enjoy the salt lifestyle.
