Excellent property that was well taken care of, very clean and as advertised. The space was perfect for our large group and the indoor pickleball courts were fantastic. Owners were awesome in every way. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and roomy for our whole family of 12. Patio by the water was relaxing and used it many times. The inside pickle court got used a lot . Host had great communication with me and would rent again.

Family friendly paradise! Beautiful, clean, comfy and spacious home, both inside and outside. There was so much to do from campfire, playground, yard games to pickleball, fishing, frisbee golf, and so much more, all right on the property! The hosts are easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend this getaway.

Great vacation destination

This was the perfect vacation for us. With multiple families we had plenty of space, great amenities for all ages, and everything to make travel easy. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had. Cant go wrong with this place!

Best family reunion

This place has everything that you need, places to explore, quiet places, bike riding, pickleball, lots of games and most of all lots of space to handle our family reunion.

Love all the amenities it offered, the pickleball court was an A, the basement was perfect for all sorts of entertainment, everywhere was spotless clean when we arrived, and the yards and fireplace were the icing on the cake. Perfect place for large gatherings for friends and families. Todd and Dawn were super helpful and warm throughout the communications, we will come back again in the future

Amazing property, welcoming hosts!

From the indoor pickle ball court to the covered shuffle ball court to the ping pong and air hockey and multiple sitting areas with comfy furniture both inside and out, this was such a great place for our extended family to relax for a week. The beds are comfy and the rooms were perfect for our wide range of ages. And the kitchen was stocked (and labeled for ease of use)!

An amazing property with lots of activities!

We loved our stay. The house was spotless and had everything you could need! We loved the pickleball, shuffleboard and all the other fun things they have. I have stayed in lots of VRBO rentals over the years and would have to say that this one was really well thought out! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Great spot for our Memorial Day weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We were traveling with eight children and the bedrooms were spacious enough for all the pack n plays we had to set up. There a ton to do with our older kids who especially enjoyed the shuffleboard court and play structures. The hosts were responsive to questions and very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Fishing

Traveling with friend fishing in the Newaygo area. The property was clean, well-stocked, great location, with lots of room. Manager communicated well to insure a trouble-free stay.

So much to do, so little time!

The house was huge and had more amenities than we had time to enjoy! Highly recommend renting the pontoon if you can, the lake is beautiful and very easy to navigate. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful during our stay- would definitely stay again!

Excellent for groups with children

We’ve stayed at this property three years in a row, and we are planning to return! The kitchen is well stocked and it’s easy to cook meals in during your stay. The young ones in our group appreciate the outdoor play set, popcorn machine, and the air hockey table. The grill, kayaks, fire pit, and ample space to spread out are also appreciated. It’s evident that the owners consider small details, but they also continue to add impressive touches year after year. Thank you for another great stay!

Wonderful property

The pictures really don't do the property justice. So many fun things to do. Anything we needed their response was prompt and over the top. They continue to remodel for comfort and convenience. Would recommend this Michigan adventure to anyone. Todd and Dawn are exceptional hosts. Thanks so much!

Wonderful house!!

We had a great time at Eagles Landing Resort. The house was enormous and was a perfect fit for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and well cared for. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved the firepit. Renting the boat was great and we saw lots of birds including eagles. We also loved the pickle ball court and played many games. Dawn and Todd were friendly and very helpful. They always answered my questions promptly and made sure we were comfortable. We would definitely consider renting this home again!!

Playing games on Croton Pond

Our second time back. Todd was a great host. He lined the Pickleball court inside the garage for us which helped us play all week through the rain. I think we used every game, kayak and pontoon boat. We had two family reunions which came off fabulously on this property. The remodel of the house is fantastic! We had 15-17 people each day with 5-7 kids between 5-10 and it all worked well.

A Unicorn

We could not have been more happier with the Whole Setup! Directions to the property were clear and precise. The listing was exactly what was listed, but somehow exceeded our expectations. Everything was Showroom Beautiful. The owner welcomed us to the property within the first 15 minutes and invited us on their pontoon boat that evening to get the lay of the land. It was an excellent place for our Bachelorette Weekend, since most of us don’t drink. It far from downtown Grand Rapids where we went for a dinner on Saturday. Lakeview, sitting on the lake to relax and even kayaks to take out. We will be back and will recommend to friends!

Girls getaway

This property was great for our girls getaway. It was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, well stocked for anything we needed, and very well organized and labeled. The weather was perfect for sitting outside and having a fire in the evenings and there was plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. We had a great time!

ideal for groups seeking retreat

Our group included 3 adult leaders and 7 youth on retreat. The space had ideal space for whole group to gather, youth to have some "away time" from adults (with supervision) and spaces where individuals could have alone time. We were impressed that even if it were raining, there would be no shortage of activities for our group. Finally, THE STARS!! The host could not control this aspect but if you're lucky enough to have clear skies during your visit, the view of the stars is beyond measure.
