Located in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, this 3500 square foot property has 4 bedrooms plus loft, 3.5 baths and sleeps up to twelve guests.

The luxurious master bedroom suite is unmatched with a panoramic ocean view that is simply breathtaking. Ample sunlight washes over the king bed and relaxing lounge area. A Carrera marble bathroom with ocean view jetted bath tub invites you to relax, and the private balcony is perfect for romantic sunset views.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and futon with private bathroom, which can comfortably sleep three. The third bedroom sleeps three in bunked beds (twin + full), perfect for kids. The fourth bedroom consists of a queen bed with private bathroom and has ample closet space. The loft area sleeps two, with separate twin beds and has the added bonus of a library with reading nook.

This home is equipped to cater to guests of all ages and abilities. Guests have access to a pack-n-play, high chair, and booster seat to accommodate infants and toddlers. For those that require accessibility assistance, this home has the unique feature of an elevator in addition to a shower chair.

The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and expansive deck overlooking the beach with a natural gas barbecue make this home the perfect place to host a family reunion or vacation with friends. An assortment of fresh herbs is available year-round for your enjoyment at the property’s very own herb garden, as well as a lemon tree.

Additional property amenities include a washer and dryer, flat screen TVs, WIFI, cable, telephone for local calls, and Netflix.
