**Welcome to the perfect luxury retreat!** This quiet beach home along the ‘California Riviera’ offers the ideal mix of surf, sun, and seclusion.

**Note:** Direct beach access is not guaranteed. Natural conditions may limit or prevent access, and no refunds or credits will be given for lack of access.

**Important:** We have a strict **no pet policy.** No pets allowed on or near the property. Please do not inquire if bringing an animal—no exceptions.

**Guest must sign our rental contract before check-in.** Please refer to it for our cancellation policy.

Located in the exclusive gated Beach Road community, this 3500 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms + loft, 3.5 baths, and sleeps up to 12 guests.

The master suite includes a panoramic ocean view, king bed, lounge, Carrera marble bath with jetted tub, and private sunset-view balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, futon, and private bath (sleeps 3). Bedroom 3 features bunk beds (twin + full). Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed and private bath. The loft sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a cozy reading nook.

Family-friendly amenities: pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat. An elevator and shower chair support accessibility needs.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room open to an oceanfront deck with BBQ—ideal for family vacations. Fresh herbs and lemons are available onsite.

Extras include: washer/dryer, flat-screen TVs, cable, Netflix, local phone, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Enjoy beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, games, beach towels, sunscreen, and more. The large oceanfront deck is perfect for relaxing, stargazing, and dolphin spotting.

* **Cleaning Fee:** $200 for excess sand brought into the house. Rinse before entry. Do not use white towels/linens for messes. $20 towel, $50 sheet if damaged.

**Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed per reservation. Passes cannot be rotated or exchanged. All vehicles beyond this limit must be parked outside the community**

IMPORTANT: Minors and teenagers may not be left unattended in the home at any time. A registered adult guest must be present whenever minors and teenagers are at the property.

Great experience! Plenty of room for everyone. We saw sea lions from the master bedroom. There wasn't any beach in front of the house while we were there but just the sound of the sea satisfied us. One night , the smoke alarm started chirping and by the next morning, they were at the property putting a new one up. We will stay here again.

For the cost of the property per night, we expected much more. It was stuffy and humid when we arrived, so we tried to open windows and a few of the cranks weren’t functioning properly and came off in our hands, as well as TV’s not functioning. We were locked out of Netflix which was supposed to be an app we could access. Door to patio was nearly non operable-very hard to open and close properly. Kitchen had a stench. Carpet and rugs and decor were very dated. Patio had furniture, but cushions were stained and dirty. Steps down to ocean were in disrepair, and very hazardous to step on to access the beach which we couldn’t get it. Fire pit was rusty, so it wasn’t used at all. The bathroom drain in the pink carpet room did not open and close properly so it drained slow. The bed and bath linens were clean, but overall, for what we spent for our stay, we definitely would not stay there again. Very disappointing.

House is very old and outdated but does have a great location and beautiful view. The stove top was super confusing to turn on, and the microwave did not work. The doors going outside were super difficult to open. There is no outdoor shower to get the sand off, and the only hose was broken and water shot out from the torn side of it. The concrete balcony on the deck was broken and dilapidated and being held together by large, taped up blankets. This really obstructed the view of the ocean and was disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but it would’ve been nice is everything was in working condition.

Disappointing at best

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was not good. We arrived and the house was incredibly hot. We thought maybe the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on and so we turned it down so the house could start to cool off. When it wasn’t cool by the next day, we knew the a/c was probably broken and contacted the rental company. They never sent anyone to fix it. The back stairs to the beach was broken and dangerous. The “beach front” pics were misleading as the waves were beating against the house. We rented this place so we wouldn’t have to drive anywhere but we ended up having to since there was no beach/sand at the house. It was very dated. I’m sure it was nice at some point but for the price, it was pretty faded and lackluster. The back door was also broken - very hard to open and close. They provided s’mores supplies that seemed as if they had been there for a while as the marshmallows were literally disintegrating into a mushy mess in the bag. We can’t recommend this place at all. When we asked for a discount for a broken air conditioning (since this place advertised that they had a/c) we were told we hadn’t them the know “soon enough” and they wouldn’t give us a discount. 0/5 stars for us.

Excellent even in the Storms

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at the facility, the owner and maintenance team were superior, due to the damage caused by the storms. It would be helpful if they upgraded the WIFI system, do not plan to do work there, mbps WIFI.

Lovely location & views. Large home that requires maintenance & updating. Photos do not represent current condition of rooms that are worn & tired. Was clean but older, dated furnishings were very disappointing. Communication with rental agency was good.

Great location and venue for our family reunion

Our group of ten was able to spread out with comfort and privacy and there was room for family members, who live nearby, to join us in the spacious common areas. Perfect location for a family get away

Lots of nice details, cute kitchen platters and well-organized items. Not all beds are adult friendly. Great location and beautiful view.

What a view 😍

The home is a bit dated; BUT the size, location, private beach, nice neighborhood and views can't be beat. We had a great family vacation with memories that will last a very long time.

Beautiful Property

Had a blast! Great location, kids enjoyed the beach when the tide was low. When tide is high you have a great patio area to enjoy the ocean mist. The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking, it felt like I was on a cruise ship.
