Vacation at our unbeatable 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family home on the Oceanfront at Capo Beach. The unbeatable location right on the sand allows you to walk right out the front door and be greeted by the warm sun and ocean. You'll also find yourself close to a family friendly park and local dining along with unique shops at the world renowned Dana Point Harbor. After your adventures, kick back with smores at the fire-pit on the patio and watch the sunset.
LIVING SPACE - BED & BATH
When you enter our home you are greeted by a cathedral ceiling great room with lots of comfortable seating and floor to ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the Beach, Ocean, Sky, and Catalina island in the distance. Our home is also equipped with a Giant front deck that has everything you need to keep it fun and easy, including sun bathing chairs, a fire pit, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining table for six. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily cook meals and snacks for your family and/or friends. Just add the food and have fun together.

Bedroom 2: (1) Double Sized (Full) Bed & (1) Twin Sized Bed
Bedroom 3: The Bunk Room 5 Total Twin Sized Beds (2) Normal Twin Beds & (1) Bunk Bed with a Pullout Trundle.

Our Home also features (2) modern bathroom, complete with a separate tub and luxurious shower and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself during your stay. Fresh towels, Soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Our home offers easy access to Dana Point's top attractions, including Capo beach, and renowned restaurants and shopping. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, you'll find it all just steps from your doorstep. In downtown Dana Point, you can walk the harbor and explore the shops and boats or find a highly rated restaurant to try. Our home is 15 minutes from Laguna Beach and 30 minutes from Newport Beach.

- This advertisement is for (1) Single family oceanfront home Stairs are required to access property.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-There is no Air conditioning on Property. However, Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a rate of $399/each plus applicable taxes for up to 7 nights. (Max 1 per unit)
-High Chair and/or Pack n' Play must be requested more than 24 hours before your arrival.
PARKING NOTES
There is free parking available for 2 vehicles
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
