Welcome to PondSide, a Stay Here furnished villa in Overland Park, KS — a stunning 5,000 sq ft home on the pond with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, sleeping 16. Theater/media room, wet bar, and elegant finishes throughout.



The Space:

• 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms — space for large families, corporate groups, or teams

• Theater and music/media room, recreation space, basement wet bar

• Fully renovated early this year: new paint, updated bathrooms and kitchen

• In-unit washer/dryer, dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, full smart-home setup (Nest, Ring, Alexa)

• Tesla Universal EV charger on site; keyless self-check-in; free parking



Made for longer stays: corporate teams, relocating executives and families, and guests between homes. Monthly stays welcome — message us for extended-stay rates. Our calendar is set up for 30 day stays, but we do consider shorter trips — just send us a message with your dates, what brings you to the area, and where you're traveling from, and we'll personally review your request.



The Neighborhood:

Walk to Deanna Rose Farmstead and nearby soccer fields. About 30 minutes to Kansas City's Country Club Plaza, Union Station, T-Mobile Center, the KC Zoo, and top museums. Easy access to Overland Park's corporate corridor.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us (8 adults, 3 children) plus we had family staying in the area and hosted them for some meals. The house was clean and freshly painted. Furniture was comfortable and house is warmly decorated, making it feel more like a home than a rental. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Communication was excellent with host. Thanks for sharing this home for our stay.

Very spacious- great for large families

The location for us was ideal. The home suited our needs and we were able to sleep 9 adults and 5 children very comfortably.

Beautiful home and awesome location!

This home is beautiful and just as pictured. We loved the layout and our party of 8 had more than enough room to enjoy our stay. It has everything you need! Would highly recommend this property when visiting the Kansas City area!

Enjoyed stay

Had a great stay with a multigenerational family. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and also many spaces for individual activities. The neighborhood is quiet. Management is responsive.

Great house for large family gatherings

It’s a beautiful home that was very accommodating and spacious. Plenary of places to hang out together or enjoy the quiet of the beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house

Very comfortable space for 8 adults and 2 toddlers with room to spare in a nice neighborhood. Kids had fun at the neighborhood pool. Would stay again.

Family gathering for dads funeral

This was a perfect setting for a family gathering after my father’s funeral. Lots of room and nicely furnished. It was quite comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful house!

Used this house as a family Christmas gathering for out of town guests and it was perfect! All the kitchen utensils we needed were available. Would definitely recommend this property for large groups or families.

Wonderful location for our Activities

Great location for our activities. Beautiful spacious home with bathrooms everywhere. Lost internet service but the owner was prompt upon restoring it.

Great family property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had family members from teen to 70s with a need for a lot of beds and a cozy atmosphere. The location was close to all of the amenities Overland Park and Kansas City have to offer. The process was easy, the property manager responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Pond Side. The home is clean and beautiful - exactly as described in the listing. Kishore was a great host! He was responsive and available for help whenever we needed. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Overland Park area with a group!

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

We rented this house for our out-of-town family to come and stay while they were here to attend our daughter's wedding. I had family flying in from Washington DC to CA and the process was seamless. Although I never stayed at the house, my family said it was great and would definitely use it again!

Kansas

This trip was very fun, it was very hot but the home was very cool and really inviting. The pool was not overly crowded and there was plenty of space for our group of 14. I would definitely go back or recommend it!

Spacious smart home

We had 8 adults and 4 children who all slept comfortably. Some light switches were a bit tricky but if you use the smart home features it's not too bad. Good space in a quiet neighborhood.
