We came to KC for a sport event and sadly we barely had any time at the house...but everything we saw and used was just as described. I just wish we had a little more time to enjoy the property!

Great stay at this BNB! I traveled with my daughters for back to school shopping and stayed here for a couple of nights. It was plenty of room for us. The hospitality stood out from other BNB’s I have stayed at with bottled water by each bed and even a basket to make s’mores. Definitely worth the price and we would stay again on future trips to the area.

I can't say enough about our host. I will start by saying the house was perfect and exactly what was listed. We had bad storms while we were there. The wifi went out and Jimmy showed right up to help get it fixed. It is that kind of care that makes a house a home, weather for life or for a few days. 10/10 if you are in the Overland area.

Wonderful house. We had 7 adults and two children and plenty of space. Location was perfect and near everything that we needed. Host was extremely communicative and offering help once we got there. But we didn’t need anything as house was well equipped. Bonus: check out process was the easiest we have experienced! Also they had extra added touches that made us feel welcome like granola bars, s’more supplies, and a digital frame with recommendations. We will definitely stay here again when we head to KC.
