Have the city's most sought-after attractions at your finger tips without sacrificing a restful vacation. This three-bedroom charmer has ample sleeping arrangements to host the entire family and features a private courtyard with propane grill.

Catch up with good friends and family on the main floor. The living room boasts 15ft ceilings and two crushed velvet sofas to watch the game on. One sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests. A full bath is conveniently located behind the stairwell on the first floor.

A formal dining room adjacent to the recently renovated kitchen makes preparing a meal a breeze. End the night with a glass of wine in the private courtyard just behind the home.

Upstairs, you'll find all three guest rooms. One acts as a primary with a NEW Queen Beauty Rest Pressure Smart bed and en suite bath. The washer and dryer can be found in this bath - ideal for families or extended stays. A second guest room faces Washington Square and has a NEW King Beauty Rest Pressure Smart bed. The second bedroom and the cozy third bedroom with a twin trundle share a full bath at the end of the hall.

Washington Square acts as a serene oasis just nearby the hub of bustling downtown. Guests are only a short walking distance away from the Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options. Bring the whole family and enjoy your time in beautiful Savannah!

This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

Please note, we are unfortunately unable to host bachelorette/bachelor parties or traveling singles in this home.

An amazing stay in Savannah for Christmas!

After Christmas Getaway

Property is beautiful and in an amazing location in historic Savannah. We were able to walk to everything. Our family had a wonderful vacation here.

The twin bed with the rollout were perfect for the kids. As for location, we were with a ten minute walk to most things while also being out of the way of any loud music / parties at night. Finally, the Washington square right in front of the house was so great to have ... provided an easy space for the kids to let themselves loose a bit.

Retirement Trip

House was lovely in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was always available within a short walk. Neighborhood as great. I would stay there again.

Charming home

The house is adorable and added to the charm of staying in Savannah. It was perfect with Washington Square right out the front door. I worked with a local photographer and we had family pictures taken in the park. Easy access to walk to the river front and to Broughton street. Parking was very easy. Highly recommend!

The stay was very enjoyable. Only one disappointment was the twin trundle bed… very uncomfortable and too small for an adult. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Southern Grace

What a beautiful and well-appointed property. The neighborhood was so quiet and charming right on the Washington Square. We walked all over downtown and made some great memories. We will return.

Girls-get-away

Great location for a girls-get-away. Enjoyed sitting in the beautiful square across the street. Less traffic than some areas closer to the action, but walkable to everywhere. House was a relaxing place to gather. The 3 full bathrooms was very nice. We paid no attention to the ghost running about 😂 and would definitely return to this property.

Amazing Home

We visited Savannah as a celebration for my husband’s retirement (also, our daughter lives in Savannah). I love the old historic homes there and this one being right on Washington square was amazing. This home is very nicely decorated and very spacious for being built in 1887. The kitchen was very well equipped. I brought some pans as I didn’t know what was there but didn’t have to use them. Again, not knowing what was there, I brought salt and pepper with us but didn’t need to. They had it! The location is great! We walked everywhere. This home is about 2 blocks from Bay St and about the same distance to Broughton St. We saw other posts regarding the mattresses and we figured out a solution. All you need to do is stay at your favorite pub (ours is Top Deck) for one more adult beverage. Problem solved.

The basics!

Invest in decent pillows, please. The pillows there were definitely old. My bed had 4 and only one wasn’t lumpy. Also, some decent mattresses. One in our group opted for the sofa sleeper downstairs instead of the bed, said at least it didn’t have a sink spot. (And none of us are big people). Kleenex in the bathrooms seems like a staple but none were there Finally, the location is great, the thermostat worked great, as did all of the appliances, and there were plenty of towels.

Spectacular Southern Grace

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Grace was perfect for our group of six ladies celebrating over 40 years of friendship. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the location couldn't have been better. We had an issue with a truck taking the cable/internet wire off the house and they were there immediately taking care of the situation. They brought a Verizon hotspot so internet was available. The house was super clean, the decor was beautiful, and the chandeliers in every room added to the southern charm of Savannah. The trolley picked up a few houses down. River and Bay Streets were a short walk away. It couldn't have been a better location or house and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Jamilla, Tina, Stephan and all of the staff at Southern Grace for your patience and professionalism!

Historic Luxury in Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I spent 5 days / 4 nights at Southern Grace in Savannah. The short version of this review: Property is historic, immaculately kept, comfortable, great amenities, and the location is wonderful. That said, the property was built in 1878, so expect tons of charm at the costs of some soundproofing (the windows seem to be original, glazed, single pane you will hear some street sweeping, a river boat horn, etc.). I would stay here again. Want more info? Read on!As I mentioned, the place was built in 1878. It is located right on Washington Square on the northeast side of the historic district. It is away from the party scene, but walkable to anywhere in the historic district. The location was safe and nice, with plenty of historic homes. Parking is a breeze. We never had to look for parking, and the ParkSavanah app let's you easily arrange payment. Parking is free from 8pm to 8am. We considered staying near Forsyth Park (which is very nice, maybe more transitional in some areas), but the walk is a bit longer to any of the major sights. I was happy we stayed in the Historic District.As for the property, the place is great. Couches are comfortable, Kitchen is small, but up to date. The place was really well-kept...the pictures are spot on. It is all kinds of great design and modern convenience in a historic building. There are three full baths (two up, one down). The sofa converts to a sleeper, but we did not use it. Upstairs, one bed is a queen, and has an ensuite with rain shower, double vanity, and laundry should you need it. It is a huge bathroom. The other BR is a very comfortable King. This room has natural light from two sides and is lovely. There is also a small trundle room suitable for kids that is separate.Finally, Lucky Savannah was a great rental company. Their app worked flawlessly. I've rented a lot of vacation homes, and these guys know what they are doing. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful. Highly recom
