LIVING SPACE: 65" TV with cable TV and Roku; large comfy sectional sofa, gorgeous accent sitting chairs; gaming table and a Queen-Sized Wall Bed (available upon request).

Kitchen: fully-stocked kitchen with all the essential kitchenware you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, coffee maker, dishwasher, and brand new appliances

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with a full bathroom for each. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with fresh, clean linens and a plush mattress and pillows. Each bathroom has been recently renovated.

2nd floor: kitchen, dinning room, living room

Oak Lawn is an upscale district adjacent to Downtown Dallas, Highland Park, Uptown, Turtle Creek and the Design District. It is the home of Dallas's trendiest restaurants and bars and lively club scene, as well as venues for music and shows. Popular hiking and bike trails run alongside nearby Turtle Creek and cut through green spaces like Oak Lawn Park.

Nice stay but needs a little attention

We had a nice stay at this property. The check in was a breeze and we loved having the garage. The living room was a great place to spend time as a family. The turnover service did a good job cleaning the bathrooms, floors, kitchen and beds. However, the hosts need to spend some time here doing a through deep cleaning and some repairs. The front yard is littered with trash. The cabinets and drawers contain random objects left by previous guests and need a good cleaning. We felt that it was very cluttered compared to the pictures online. There are a few little things that need attention, like the AC vent in the main bedroom has a loud rattle that keeps you awake at night. The two doors leading to the back do not lock properly so that made us a little nervous. One thing that could have made our stay better was to have decent pillows. The pillows were very flat and many had stains. I know it seems like I'm complaining alot but we felt a little misled with the description and previous reviews. Like I said, all of this could be corrected easily if the owners spent a few days here giving it some attention.

Great location

Great location, nice to have a garage. Upstairs was quite hot and none of the fans worked, we tried to sleep on Murphy bed where it was cooler but it was locked. Reached out to owners and said they would deliver a fan however it never arrived. Other than that it was great.

Simply the Best!

This has been one of the best places we have stayed at! It is exactly as it is described and the hosts were so easy to work with. The home is BEAUTIFUL and has everything you need with tons of space! We loved the location because of the ease of walking places (Shugg’s Bagels and Hunky’s were two of our favorites). It was a short drive to all of the tourist attractions downtown and the shopping in Highland Park. I highly recommend staying here if ever near the Dallas area!

Wonderful Spot!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Oak Lawn. The house is very spacious and clean. It is comfortable and well-appointed with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The host was communicative and responsive. There are plenty of nice restaurants and things to do that are walkable. It was easy to get into Downtown, the airport etc. Great location and house. A.

Girls Getaway

Perfect place for 3 friends to gather for a weekend in Dallas. Property was clean and as advertised. Communication with hosts was quick for any questions. Check in and check out was a breeze. So much to do in Dallas! Hope to be back soon!

Extended stay in Oak Lawn

House is exactly as advertised. We stayed for seven weeks and had great communication with Pau and Tram, who arranged for a very friendly and efficient cleaner to visit several times throughout our stay. We didn’t have a car for much of our stay and found that the house was really well located for the local Kroger supermarket, restaurants and other amenities (as well as the excellent Katy Trail).

Family Time

My wife and I meet our kids in Dallas for a long weekend, loved the house and the neighborhood it was as described only complaint would be that there was not restroom on the main floor, but with 3 well appointed restrooms in the house that is a real first world problem, great neighborhood to walk to restaurants and stores we will stay here again when we come to visit the kids.

Visit over Thanksgiving

We really liked the house. Location is good. House is nicely laid out. 3 Queen bedrooms all with full baths. Owner provided many special touches. The two car attached garage was useful too. It was nice that they have a lot of baby items as well since our 3 month old grandson came with his parents for a visit. The park-n-play was super helpful. Only complaint was the kitchen lacked enough silverware, dishes, glassware, cooking items like knives (very dull) and no containers for leftovers. There was one small mixing bowl. It made it challenging to cook. We ended up buying knives and a few other things for the kitchen. Overall, we liked the house and hope to stay there again.

Wonderful location and hosts.

The owners were wonderful to work with. We arrived a few hours before check in and they allowed us to get into the property so we could put our toddler down for a nap. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. They even set up the pack n play for us so it was ready. There was plenty of room for us all. We felt at home in the property. It was very walkable to darling coffee shops, Snooze for breakfast and local markets. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this property.

Oak Lawn T-House

This townhouse is lovely. Well stocked and well appointed throughout. Comfortable beds! Loved having a direct access garage too. All around a great stay.
