Rafi was wonderful! He answered all my questions and checked in with me on the first day just to see how all was going. Very professional and just made everything so very easy and smooth. The property is exactly how described and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property was as described, We went during a heat wave and thermostat was set comfortably. We didn't spend a bunch of time indoors but the house was more than adequate. Host was great with communication and actually called me to make sure everything was OK.

This property was very clean and inviting. Checking in with the keypad coded for my stay was very easy and accommodating! The home was extremely well-appointed and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having a parking pad at the back was an additional bonus, although my friend was able to easily access street parking. The neighborhood was safe and clean. There was plenty of lighting at night and very friendly neighbors who loved on my dog! Proximity to Patterson Park was a definite plus.Rafi was always available and responsive via cellphone. I did not encounter any problems requiring maintenance. The information folder provided was extremely complete and helpful.Although my stay wasn't very long, I'm certain that I would choose Parkside Comfort again.Thank you Rafi and Kate!

This is our second time staying in Patterson Park at Rafi's place and it was just as nice as the second! Great location, well equipped kitchen, very communicative host, and comfortable beds. There are even toys and games for the kids at no extra cost or special request! The off street parking is great and the keypad lock makes getting in and going out really easy. We love that there is a good deal in the basement for virtual work days. Lots of babies items are on the property too, which we didn't need, but would cover all the big needs when traveling with littles!

The home was wonderful and the host especially helpful. We loved the interior and all the amenities. The location was fabulous for a delightful visit to Baltimore. It was especially nice to have a parking space for our car and the home's location was fantastic. Any questions we had, the host responded immediately and every aspect of our stay was excellent.

Stayed at this lovely 3 story row house while we were in Baltimore. House was fully stocked- linens, towels, dishes etc. washer dryer was bonus! Beds were comfortable & warm (happened to hit cold front during our stay). Lots of room for families or multiple people. Owner communicated clearly & was easily accessible when needed. Great area of Baltimore, ½ block from a park, 15-20 min walk from Fells Pt. There is parking in back- we just used Uber/ Lyft during our stay. We loved our stay!

Parkside Comfort

Enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and clean. Great location for access to OPACY as well as Fells Point. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice Location

Clean and safe neighborhood. Patterson Park was a huge plus for the kids. The house was well appointed and comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Having the private parking spot in the back was a plus. Host communication was friendly and helpful. We moved our granddaughter into her dorm at MICA and it made the move much easier having a home base for our family to rest and recharge.

Nicely appointed row house

Greatly appreciated Rafi's (owner) great communication and follow up throughout the booking process and stay. While this is a row house, it is comfortable, a good value, and relatively quiet for its city location.

Quiet, clean property in a desirable area

My partner and I visited Baltimore for the first time and were glad we stayed at Rafi’s property. Host was very responsive, the place was cute and perfectly situated near Patterson Park, and the security system was a huge plus!

Nice place to stay in a safe neighborhood

The location was perfect for us. My son lives within walking distance and being near Patterson Park was perfect for many hours of fun with my grandson. Communication with the owner was superb. Very responsive to our needs and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Milton Row House

We had an excellent stay on Milton Avenue. Accommodations were perfect for us and our dogs. We were able to get downtown easily and it was a quick walk to the park for the dogs. Our host was great. They made everything very easy. Would stay again if the need occurs.

Really super! Nice area, pretty street particularly with the holiday lights. Parking was easy. The house is great. Small footprint but really plenty of room. Beds comfortable and two bathrooms, one upstairs by the bedrooms and the other in a finished basement. Ceiling is low, it is what it is, but the downstairs bathroom is really nicely done. Rafi is awesome! Great communication before and during our stay. Very interested in our stay meeting expectations and progressing smoothly. Overall I great experience. Would definitely stay again.

Base for History Exploring

Seven of us slept and prepared food comfortably while visiting sites in Baltimore, Phiadelphia, and DC. Teens are tall but managed the low ceilings in basement with really nice blow up mattress. Everything was clean and owner was very responsive and kind. Well provided for supporting kids (younger particularlly with stroller, games. etc). Enjoyed stay!
