This was the nicest VRBO property I have stayed at, out of around twenty!The location was perfect. Great walkable neighborhood. Would most definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a family event in Baltimore, and it was perfect for our extended family to stay at. Wonderful location, great space, clean, well-maintained, and a great roof deck. Lots of good places to eat nearby, plus a minimart and liquor store all within walking distance. Definitely had a neighborhood vibe and not a tourist area vibe. Would stay here again!

440 E Forte was clean, comfortable and walkable to all the attractions on the Baltimore pier, Federal Hill and many local restaurants, a large supermarket, coffee and bagel shop. (I like to walk) There was also free street parking. The spot behind the unit was good for a compact car. My camry barely fit. The 5 of us had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable. The deck on the roof was an added bonus with a beautiful view of the city and harbor.

This property was located near the Harbor, making it easy to enjoy the many eateries and shopping stores. The property was well kept and clean. Didn't get to enjoy the roof top deck but hopefully we will if we return next year. Thank you Nino for allowing us to stay At this property.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the Inner Harbor is about a 25-minute walk away.The host was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy, and after we arrived they sent us a great list of local recommendations that made it easy to find things to do and places to eat.If you're staying here, definitely check out Mindpub Cafe for breakfast or lunch—it was one of our favorite spots. Having a convenience store directly across the street was incredibly convenient, and there’s also a liquor store just a couple of blocks away.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely book it again!

Comfortable accommodations for our family of six in a walkable neighborhood that felt safe. Quick responses from the owner and easy checkout instructions. We slept well and enjoyed our stay but wished the weather was a little warmer to get more use out of the rooftop deck.

Great stay!

What a wonderful location to explore Baltimore's gifts! The living space was incredible with inside and outside spaces to escape to. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was hip and luxurious. Easy check in - out, also.

Great walkable location in a historic home with modern updates. Check-in and check-out were easy and the 3.5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was clean and a great size.

Great stay

The house was great, a true 4BR which was perfect for 4 couples. Convenient to all of Federal Hill, close to the Harbor. The property manager was super responsive, and addressed any questions and issues immediately. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place in great location.

This home is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very clean. The owner responded quickly our questions. The neighborhood is walkable and safe and a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property, great location

This property worked very well for our group of 8 family member plus an infant (warning we provided our own crib) visiting for a family wedding. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Loved the rooftop deck!

Amazing stay!

Very clean property. Location was extremely convenient close to many amenities. host was very accommodating with all of our requests, including late check out. very pretty and updated.

Wedding shower weekend

Nino’s home was perfect for our visit. It was in a great, convenient location and had lots of amenities to make the stay comfortable. Nino was very responsive to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great vacation home however there should have been a better grade of toiletries like Dawn in the kitchen vs the inexpensive detergent that made my skin peel and the soap in the bathroom that was just as badThere were not enough toiletries or wash cloths for the people that were in the rooms but the rooftop deck was absolutely amazing and the Host was very attentive I recommend this property also because you have a shopping area 3 blocks away and restaurants and Bars close by Hello Nino I wanted to add a few things to my review The bedrooms downstairs was not properly cleaned there was a water bottle under the bed and in the bathroom was a use washcloth Hopefully the next time things will be decent and in order Overall it was awesome these are just some things to take notice ofThank you Nino

Absolute Heaven

The property was beautiful, spacious and just very easy relaxing. Overall a 10/10. I would definitely stay again. The showers, the mirrors that clear the steam..just a fabulous stay.

Federal Hill Stay

We had a great stay at Nino’s place in Federal Hill. Spacious, clean and as advertised. Close Camden Yards for Orioles game. Nice neighborhood. This was at least our second stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Communication was outstanding!

Mom trip for Eagles-Ravens

We were a group of 4 moms in town for the Eagles-Ravens game and we had an absolute blast! The home was just perfect for us, amazing location and so beautiful and well-maintained. Nino was super responsive and helpful, though we had no issues at all during our stay. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
