Nice condo, very close to the beach with incredible balcony views. Very clean, quiet, and the owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great property. Perfect for our family with two small kids. Close to the beach. We like that it’s on the west side of Panama City beach. It’s quiet and not too busy at the beach.

We loved how close to the beach the condo was, a 3 minute walk! Also, the beach was never crowded either any time we went, morning, afternoon or evening. Joe was always timely in responding!

We loved everything about our stay, from the perfect location and beach access to the incredibly comfortable bed. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was very communicative throughout the check-in and check-out process, making everything seamless and stress-free. Joe has made this place a true slice of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to come back!

Great little place to stay!

Great Condo in a Great Location

Joe's place was everything we needed for our beach trip. It was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry machine. The A/C and water worked great. Check in was super easy and this location can't be beat-- 5 min walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again.

Beach vacation

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. We have no issues and everything was as it said it was. Within walking distance to the beach, nice neighbors and quiet area. Hope to be back!

Nice stay!

There was a few hiccups in my check in, but it was resolved. Nice place to stay. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet and quaint. One thing to make this better would be access to WiFi.

Great location and price!

2nd year in a row

The property is nice and a short walk to a wide open beach (none of the beach is private). On the quiet western end. It’s the second year in a row we’ve stayed here and enjoyed it very much.

This condo was everything we needed for a last minute couple trip to the beach. It is a short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood, and convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. This section of beach was not crowded and very clean. We enjoyed watching sunsets and listening to the waves from the large third-floor private balcony. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils etc. Covered parking was very convenient. Keep in mind there is no elevator, cable TV or wifi. The TV picks up local channels on a digital antenna. Neither of these were a concern for us, just something to note for future guests.Thanks Joe for your hospitality!

Perfect for our family of 4!

Condo was exactly as described online. Perfect for our family of 4! Easy short walk to the beach even with 2 kids in tow! Joe (owner) was extremely easy to communicate with, and very fast with responding. Made great memories and will definitely book again!

We had a great time and stay at the sand dollar. The unit was accurately described by the owner and provided everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I would recommend it.

Wonderful getaway spot

This little condo was perfect for my children and myself. We could see the ocean from the wonderful outside deck. It was clean and had everything that we needed. I will say to read Joe’s helpful guide once you arrive because it has all the info you need in it! The walk was short and such a great area. We saw turtles, sting rays, a manatee, and dolphins.

Great location close to a quiet beach.

We were impressed with how well the unit was laid out and all the thoughtful touches. We loved the blankets in the closet and the extra new towels that were available. The bed was soft and comfortable. I enjoyed the sofa and the option of Keurig or Coffee pot. I was not expecting the unit to be on the top floor, up two full flights of steps. I also did not realize there would be no Wifi or smart TV access. Overall - We had a wonderful stay in the condo and would stay there again.

Just off the beaten path

For the last ten years I have been vacationing in this area and I love it. It is a short drive to everything, but far enough from tourist dense areas to allow you a peaceful beach visit. We estimated the walk to the beach from the unit to be about 150 yards, an easy walk for me. This unit is a single bedroom with furniture in the living room that can be configured for additional guests. We enjoyed the deck which does have a glimpse of the ocean water. The unit was well stocked and organized. The single car carport was a great plus in the Florida heat!

Great time, close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the sand dollar cottage. We enjoy the Laguna beach area, but usually not the prices of other lodging. The kitchen is fully stocked. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing. We took a DVD player as we expected lots of rain on our stay. We went to the red box at Winn Dixie down the street. Quiet area but close to all the attractions including pier park. This is on the top level so be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs. We had no issues with this however. Also there’s no room for public parking at the beach so you’ll have to walk. The walk is very short but we have small children so we had to take everything except the kitchen sink. We usually drove and dropped our things off like the tent and walked back. We will def stay here in the future. Cozy and quaint, exactly what we were looking for.
