-One bedroom, one bath condo perfect for a couple or a family of four.
-Spacious shower with two shower heads. Very clean and comfortable. Condo is on the second floor with balcony facing the North pool.
-Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer.
-Quiet, family oriented Community on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 2 miles from Pier Park Shopping Mall.
-No pets and no smoking.
-Two pools and a hot tub.

Great Location

The location was great, near the beach, stores. We came for Seabreeze, we was about 5 minutes away. Great place to stay, very quiet , safe.

Quiet Location

The location of the property is nice if you enough the busier end of 30A. It does sit back far enough from the road that it is quiet. The pool was quiet as well. We enjoyed our stay and it is such an easy, short walk to the beach.

Family Vacation

Very nice and clean place we really enjoyed our stay for the week it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach so if you have small children bring a wagon it helps a lot. I also enjoyed the patio area in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Highly recommended

Great location!

Perfect stay!!! Only problem was the door locking, and no wash cloths. We made do with both issues. Will definitely be back! Perfect mother daughter time!!

Will Stay Again

Condo just as pictured and the check in process was a breeze. Appreciated the nice bedroom TV (my husband dominated the one in the living area). We even received sweet text from owner warning us of severe thunderstorms in the area.

Amazing Stay!

Very clean and super cute. The door to the closet was broken, but the owner promptly let us know before arriving. Highly recommend!

Short getaway trip with friends

We really liked this place and would definitely go back. It was very clean and the location was perfect. The only bummer was it was further to the beach then we liked because we had a cooler and floats. Otherwise, it was a very FUN trip!

Best Place in PCB

This was our 2nd time staying here, we love this place so much it’s our favorite vacation spot. Viviana is an amazing host couldn’t ask for a better person. Short walk to the beach, super clean, and very quiet. The Communication from Viviana is top notch and you can’t beat it. We will continue to come here for many years. I would recommend this to anybody!

So cute!

Room was very cute and cozy. Bed was huge and amazingly soft! Love that you don't hear any of the street traffic noise. It is a bit of a walk to the beach since you are the last building, but wasn't too bad. =) Overall great room and would stay here again!

Great Stay Close to Beach

This is a super clean and cute condo walking distance from the beach. You only have to cross one road to get there (like a five min walk tops). There’s a pool and a hot tub. The overall decor of the condo is nice. The shower has two shower heads!! Both of the TV’s are smart TV’s. The bed is comfortable too. Overall, a very comfortable, clean, and home-like stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came for a relaxing getaway. This second floor condo was perfect with a lovely view of the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and it was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the location as well, close to Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar which was very family friendly and a mile walk to Thomas's. Just past Thomas' was Carousel supermarket. Most of off, the owner was quick to respond to questions.

vExtremely fraganced rental.

I have to reduce stars because we couldn't stay. But host was wonderful to refund us the whole amount. Place is very clean, beautiful, nice furniture, location amazing and it seems with everything you need for a nice stay if you can breathe heavily fraganced air like a lot of people can with no issues even though host housekeepers had removed all air refresheners 2 weeks before our stay.

Endless Summer for ever!

This was our 10th time staying in Endless Summer in different condos. This one was clean with nice, newish finishes and comfortable furniture. One of the best experiences we’ve had over the years. Plenty of cookware, however, not in great shape. No oven, but the toaster oven was enough for us. The only slight complaint we have was the lack of trash bags, toilet paper (we had a half roll for 5 days) and paper towels. A little skimping on hand towels and washcloths, too. Bit, all in all, I would definitely stay in E-8 again.

Great property

Quiet condo complex. 14 person hot tub. Great location to walk to beach. Afternoon sun on patio no umbrella so you will need to bring one for the patio and pools. WiFi is spotty at times. Ice maker is awesome. Bring your own hangers for closet. Large wall mount TV's in living room and bedroom. Toaster oven is small and older. Older condo's starting to show age outside. Needs new windows, patio door, deck paint peeling off. Tastefully decorated and kitchen and everything you needed.

Nice condo

The condo was a nice layout and great for 2 people. The location was excellent. Nice day and night view from balcony. Also nice to have keyless entry. We stayed for 3 months. Only complaint was the counter top cooker definitely needs service. The owner told me it would turn off when it gets too hot but I didn’t expect it to turn off as often as it did. You can’t boil water without it turning off. I brought my own electric kettle and boiled water in that manner for my cooking. It was an inconvenience to haul out electric 2 burner elements when cooker shut off. A new large frying pan is needed for the stove top. Other than that a good place to rent.

Great location!

This property is awesome, small but super comfortable. The location is awesome, you can walk to the beach. Something I would recommend is to get better cleaning, shower really needs to be cleaned better.

Hector and I live in Northwest Georgia and have been married 28 years. I'm originally from Brooklyn, New York with Colombian parents. Met my Colombian husband in Atlanta and married 14 months later. We love to travel and spend time with family and friends. We specially love to travel to the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico's white sandy beaches. Since we purchased our condo we've consistently worked on it to make it our own making sure it is Beautiful, comfortable and clean. We love that we can share it with other families. It's been a Blessing.

We bought this condo because we wanted to invest in a vacation property that we could drive to. This condo was the closest to our home and located at the most Beautiful Beach for our family. We have four kids and after years of traveling to Panama City Beach they still enjoy and value our second home and the Beauty of the Gulf. We hope you enjoy our second home and the Beach as much as we do.

Souvenir Store.

- Only a 19 minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches Airport.

- Quiet Condominium community.

- Two pools for Condominiums and a hot tub. Restrooms inside the Community Club
House.

-Washer and dryer.

- 17 minutes away from our favorite place to eat. Barefoot on the Beach Bar and Grill. We can eat outside with a view to the Beach, enjoy good food and a Pina Colada. :)

-27 minutes away from St. Andrew's State Park. We love the sunsets there, because you can also see the dolphins swimming just beyond the Jetty rocks.
