This stay was absolutely wonderful! Fay is a wonderful host who is very detailed. The cottage was absolutely darling and very clean. Fay was wonderful at communication and responds very quickly if you need anything. We definitely will stay here again when we come and visit family. Thank you so much Fay for everything!

What a fantastic find. Pretty darn quiet in the middle of everything. Very private entry and your own personal oasis of a green courtyard. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Easy walk to downtown. We also brought bikes and did the local miner's ravine trail. I could not recommend it more.

Beautiful place, and dog friendly" is an understatement! Also the cottage had everything. I forgot water, and I was so happy to open the fridge and find 4 bottles. There were also snacks including bedside chocolate. This is by far the most thoughtful place I have stayed, and the dog loved it too. THANK YOU

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and Sophie's Cottage was one of our favorites. It was furnished with everything that we could possibly want or need and we enjoyed the private yard and table for breakfast every morning. We will definitely be back!

Great little place with a private fenced in yard, which was great for my dog! The cottage was clean, well appointed and quiet! The host was extremely responsive as well. Would stay again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! She had excellent directions, off street parking, beautiful decor inside and lots of conveniences. Excellent place to stay. I would definitely book again.

This cottage is a gem, and so is the owner! The entire place was pristinely clean and well-stocked. Tons of fluffy, absorbent white towels, the bed linens were wonderful, and the bed itself was very comfy. There's a fenced off yard in the back that had a real "secret garden" vibe, and the chairs around the outside table were so comfy they made you just want sit out there and enjoy the evening/morning air. The living room had a comfortable sofa and a table/chair combo that enabled my husband to work from "home" when he needed to. There were also (nice!) bowls both inside and out for our pups, along with a spare leash and plenty of waste bags for clean up. This most wonderful hostess has thought of everything. Everything inside and out felt like it was curated for a beloved friend or family member, rather than for some lucky strangers on VRBO. Bonus points for the huge collection of books she keeps on hand. We felt so welcomed and comfortable, and we were so grateful to have such a classy and cozy place to stay.

This place was so perfect for our four day getaway business/pleasure. The property was so cute clean comfortable with a beautiful garden patio. Every amenity every personal touch was so very much appreciated. One of the first VRBO's to be fully stocked with any little item we might've forgotten or needed extra of it was amazing and comfortable and appreciated.... extra towels, clean and folded neatly in the cupboard snacks for us for the long days that we had away from the place ice coffee I wish I could list everything but it was perfect. Thank you.

Great Stay!

Had an excellent time staying in this quaint VRBO. The host was extremely thoughtful in her step-up of the space. Had lots of amenities that made it very easy for our young family to stay. Would highly recommend!!
