We enjoyed how comfortable this house was for our family. I think cozy is the best descriptive term; lots of comforters, kitchen was clean and well organized. We had to buy a wine opener, but that was a small investment.

We had a nice time. The host, Loretta was so amazing. Very attentive to all of our needs. There is an indoor community pool that is about 8 blocks away from this property. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. There was a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It's in an area where restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance, and for those of us who enjoy morning walks, there's a beautiful trail that runs alongside one of Sacramento's rivers. The walks are safe and relaxing. Busy days, but peaceful nights... a beautiful area! The owner of the house also allowed us to pick oranges from the orange tree in front of the house, which is beautiful and provides shade and refreshes the house. Communication with the owners was excellent! We were very satisfied, and this house will be on our list for our next visit to Sacramento!

The property was great. Although there were two other units within 100 feet it felt pretty private. Very big.nicely decorated. Host was accommodating to me and my young children thanks! Would recommend.

The house was cute and very clean and roomie. There was a smart TV, but it did not have any streaming service on the Roku, so if you want to watch TV, you need to be able to subscribe into your own account. The orange trees in the front yard were the biggest juiciest Best oranges we’ve ever had! The outside temperature was about 40 at night, and the heaters did not work properly. There was a portable heater that we turned on and that gave us a nice comfortable 70 to 71 in the house. There were lots of blankets, so it was very comfortable.

Winner in Roseville

My wife and son spent three nights at this very nice property. The owner is very involved and available if any issues arise. Perfect communication. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. I give it 5 stars!!!

This unit has had renovations but they were not done well. The floor is very uneven. The front door doesn’t open all the way, it gets stuck on the floor and the bathroom door doesn’t close because it gets stuck on the threshold. The thresholds between the bedrooms and the main rooms are a tripping hazard or a stub your toe hazard. The “air conditioning” is not very functional. There are three wall units. One in a primary bedroom, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. There are two bedrooms without air units. When we arrived, the owner had told us the started the air for us since we were coming in late, which was nice seeing as it is Roseville and hot. She had set it to 78. We looked to move it down to sleep and all of the remotes for the air had been removed from the unit. I tried to contact the owner through email the next morning about getting the remote and it took a couple of emails to get a response. She instructed me where the remote was hidden (it was not actually IN the unit) with strict instructions not to put the air below 74 or it would freeze over. She told me we could open the windows it was cooler than 74 at night. It is a ground floor unit and we did not feel comfortable leaving windows open in an unfamiliar place. There is a washer but no drier. We come to Roseville often and we will find a different vrbo.

Fresh Orange Juice

The location, huge kitchen, and two orange trees were the best parts of this place. There are three connected homes. We could easily hear the residents of the place above us. Unfortunately for us the floors are not completely level which is not good for someone with balance issues. In the photos and description there was a washer and dryer. When we got there, we found an old washer and no dryer- very disappointed! Hope that gets fixed soon! Host was very responsive!

The first thing that you notice walking through the door in the waft of the plugin air wicks (migraine in a bottle). Had to hunt outlets to find them and remove from the house during our stay. The decor was like living in a thrift store, smell included. Every surface was covered with items and/or notes. You simply didn't want to set anything down for fear of it getting lost, this included the refrigerator. The bathroom door could not be shut and the thresholds to the bedrooms were around an inch drop. Window by front door was filthy to boot! Towels/washcloths were frayed, faded and I recognized many patterns from 30-40 years ago, same with sheets and pillows. The linens had that faint smell of having been left in the washer for too long, maybe they were since there was no dryer. Let's just say I would have liked to taken a shower but I would have felt ickier after (the shampoo was layered like when you keep adding different brands to the same bottle). Definitely not "Spacious Luxury" or looking like any of the pictures. It simply wasn't clean or comfortable

WOW I am so sorry you were so miserable. If you had communicated before I would have removed the plug in. The pictures show the decor, the property looks exactly like the pictures. So I'm not sure why you hated everything after you picked it per the pictures? I hope you have better success in the future. Wish you the best. Lorretta
