A wonderful vacation villa at just 5 minutes walking distance from it all. Near to the boulevard with its restaurants, shopping area, cinema, all water sports activities at Palm Beach beach and high-rise hotels.

Make yourself at home featuring a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, microwaves, toaster, Cable TV, private pool, jacuzzi, outside pool bar with grill, sunbeds, , laundry room with washing and dryer. Additional complimentary wireless Internet access.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen-size bed. 2 bathrooms with showers and 1/2 bathroom without shower features complimentary toiletries. One security safe in the master bedroom. Housekeeping is also provided once a week if needed..

The villa gives you both the seclusion and privacy and is fenced for all your privacy and the area is very safe. There is an alarm system with remote control.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Noord. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy some peace. The amenities were well thought out, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great vacation

Overall, our stay was excellent. We utilized all the features the villa had to offer. I made great dinners on the grill, we swam in the pool several days and nights, washed dishes and clothes, and cooked in the kitchen. All appliances worked great. The stove is gas and needed a lighter to turn on. Luckily I found one in the kitchen drawer. Coffee pot and microwave also worked great. The toaster oven was a little crooked and cheap. We made the best of it and it toasted our bagels just fine. Beds were comfortable in all 3 rooms. No complaints from my kids. We rearranged the furniture a little bit to accommodate my family of 6. The table was in a secluded area so we moved it into the main living room where we usually gathered together. The pool was a bit dirty when we first arrived, but the maintenance crew has specific days they come to clean. Once that day came, the pool was cleaned and gorgeous! The house is located in a safe area and in walking distance to all the wonderful things Palm Beach has to offer. We rented a car and ventured out on multiple days then looked forward to coming back to the house to relax and enjoy the pool. The owner checked in on us one day and brought us extra blankets at my request. She was very accommodating and friendly. The memories I made with my family meant the world to me and I will definitely return to Aruba and this house!

Met expectations

Nice property in safe neighborhood.Stove was a surprise as we needed to light with a lighter and a couple of burners seems to not work right. Pool is outstanding. Good location but wouldn’t want to walk the distance to beach. Rental car worked well with this property as there was ample parking in private gated driveway. Overall met our needs and was well suited for our group of six.

Son’s wedding!

Loved the closeness to the resort my son was getting married in. It was 4/12 min. by car to the Holiday Inn. The pool and the private retreat it created was amazing. The weather is great for someone who enjoys it on the sultry side. We rented a car and it was nice to have a gated resort to park our car. With that said, the noise of the neighborhood dogs at night was hard to take. We have two dogs at home so I thought it would be no big deal. I sent a message to the manger and asked if there was anything we could do about the noise. I receive a standard reply to my message. It didn’t address what I had asked about. I also wished that they had a book/ guide to let you know how to access the tv. My streaming service from the states was not accessible and I wasn’t sure what cable/ streaming service they had. Only a night problem because who will be home watching tv on a beautiful day in Aruba. All in all it was a nice stay in Aruba. The last night my daughter and her husband and there11 month old son stayed with us. The hotel they were staying in was across from a nightclub and they had trouble sleeping. We suggested they spend the night with us. Luckily there was a port a crib for him, so it worked out nicely. All in all I would rate it a 7 out of 10.

Very nice house in excellent Palm Beach Aruba location

The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was very easy. Pool area was wonderful for relaxing and tanning. We rented a car which I highly recommend so you can see all of the island and go to the wonderful restaurants on the island. The only complaint was there were not any paper towels, dishwasher detergent or extra garbage bags. There were also dogs barking from a neighbor’s house across the street that started around 10pm for about an hour and then again at 1am. This complaint was in other reviews so it wasn’t a surprise. Other than that the house was perfect for 2 couples to spend a relaxing vacation.

Birthday celebration

It worked perfectly for my 2 daughters and granddaughter. We walked everywhere and used our driver from the airport when we were too tired the pool was great to relax at. Plenty of towels etc. we would definitely come back.

Palm Beach Villa in Paradise

Overall, this property was a win! The communication with the host & staff that came to the condo were wonderful. The description of the location is not accurate. Show different location on app vs platform. I shared feedback months before our rental. It is still not fixed. House is located in a nieghborhood about 10 min walk to Palm Beach (depending on your route). It is pleasantly appointed with everything you need (all of which was in working order). Other positives: Comfortable beds & furniture. Nice selection of cooking spices! Good selection and quality dishware. Quality tabletop grill. Only wish it was larger, but great option for cooking small amounts of meats. Small washer, large newer dryer.The worst thing that we had to deal with was the extremely slippery tile throughout the home. It was dangerous, but we used towels to make it safer during our stay. Suggestions for future guests - to make their stay an exceptional customer service experience: 1. Book or binder with instructions on how to light stove and other things for the home. 2. Washable rugs with rubber backing at minimum at door ways & bathroom. Option: Rubber mat for shower or grippers (we all fell)3. Towel hooks over doors or mounted to back of doors for drying (conserve energy)Thanks for a lovely stay!

Family vacation

Very nice house and suited our needs. The listing of the location on Vrbo should be changed. It shows it is right by the Marriott and on Mommba Beach which it is not. Other than that the house was great. Absolutely no communication with the management company. The house was open when we got there. But we did not see or hear from anyone one.

This place was above and beyond what I expected. Checkin was great. Pool is amazing. Everything was in working order. The location is fantastic! I'll be looking this place up again when I head back to Aruba. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Perfect week long stay for 4 adults. House and grounds are well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to high rises & lots of restaurants. Host was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The property was as advertised. Short walk to dining/bars/beaches/resorts. Carry-out grocery and fast food stores a 2 minute walk from villa. Safe and secure spot. The only complaint was dogs nearby outside barked a lot at night, so front bedroom was a tad noisy at times at night. Other than maybe needing a coffee maker upgrade, this was the perfect place for my stay in Aruba and Palm Beach area. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great location!

Overall we had a great time at 234 Palm Beach! Aruba did not disappoint. The house was in walking distance to the downtown area that has several shops, restaurants, and beaches. We did rent a car which I highly recommend (we used Royal Aruba). This allowed us to drive wherever we wanted (great beach spots all over the island and restaurants that are not downtown). We had a few issues with the hot water in the house, however the owners fixed it as soon as we brought it to their attention. The house overall was great, very clean and looked just like the listing. The area was very safe as well.

More Flexibility than Resort

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It gave us much more flexibility and better value than staying at the resorts, which were nearby. The pool was bigger than the online listing, which was great for our kids. The proximity to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach was greater, which allowed us access to that, but also to have more quiet than being at the resort.

Highly recommended

My wife and I are in our mid-seventies; we've rented many villas over the years in Europe, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific and the Caribbean, both for multi-generational holidays and for just the two of us. This villa was up there with the best of them. We had a few issues on arrival but these were resolved promptly and efficiently despite some difficulties communicating with the management team. Some of these issues should have been reported by previous guests, as it was obvious that they hadn't occurred the day we arrived. There are two supermarkets just a 5 minute walk away (even for 75/76 year-olds in 33 degree sun); turn left out of the gate, take the first left, walk past the waste ground and through the gap by Wendy's. Both supermarkets are on the left, stocking packaged and fresh food, beer, wine and spirits. Pika’s Corner, a local cafe is just over the road.

Great stay

When we first got to property we had some difficulties with toilet refrigerator and instructions on how lights and jacuzzi works. Very impressed all issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. New toilet, bags of ice and in person instructions on utilities at house. The only thing I will say is some appliances need a little upgrade and the jacuzzi area needs resurfacing sheet you lean your back on. But if I came back to Aruba or had friends coming I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was just as advertised. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed dining outdoors in the evening! Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The location was great - walkable to some nice restaurants and not far from Palm Beach. Check-in process super easy. Would definitely stay here again! We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children.

Almost there

The property was in a good location. There was almost no communication with the manager. The house was clean enough, but there were things like the coffee pot/ maker, shower floor, grill, panini maker and patio floor were all dirty. The dishwasher was repaired with an arm that was too big to spin. The drains were all slow to drain. Dogs barked loudly most nights around 1am.

Not what was expected

There was very poor communication with host. Sent a couple messages with no response and then did not answer all questions. Were supposed to be met at house at 4 pm, no one was there except the house cleaners who let us in. Someone came at 4:40 but never showed us anything in the house, no idea how the oven worked, or the pool and hot tub which the water water totally green, a dirty towel and men’s underwear on the chair and the ladder was broken it was very unsafe. That should have been fixed before any guests arrived as a big safety issue. I messaged manager and host with no response until Thursday evening after I had to message again. And told me the guests before us were wild. That is no reason my party had to suffer. We paid a lot of money for a house with a pool and we were unable to use the pool for 2 days. The master bathroom had an old bar of soap and wrappers left on the window ledge. So that tells me that it was never cleaned properly. The washing machine didn’t spin out the water. Someone did come to look at it and told us it was fixed but never showed us what was wrong or how to make sure it doesn’t happen again and of course it happened the next wash. we have stayed in many houses in this area and was very disappointed and nothing from the host not even an acknowledgment of our concerns or complaints. Definitely would not stay here again and it’s a shame because it’s a lovely house and a good location.
