Jeff got back to us very quickly on a small matter and fixed it quickly. Had a problem with golf cart and he had so one there immediately. They put in a new battery and thought it was fixed. We were hesitant to use it because it still didn’t seem to work properly. But he tried. Home was clean and very spacious. Would recommend renting from Jeff. Great location to Lake Sumter.

This home was better than the photos or anything on the website. It was perfect for our family needs. It was immaculately clean and so well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and the rest of the home.The host are very helpful and communicate so well. I have allergies and they helped me on that issue and any questions we had were answered and perfect. The instruction book was very helpful.We would stay here again any time. It is beautiful, the bathroom was updated and modern and the open concept was helpful for us.We did not need the golf cart, but it was very cute, we saw it in the garage. We look forward to staying again, location was perfect to visit our family members as well as shops and resturants nearby. Thank you!

Great place close to downtown square with live entertainment. Owners are very responsive setting up passes for us in advance of our arrival. Had a very enjoyable weekend here.

Our time in the villa was great. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there for us. The location was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this villa if your plan to stay in the Villages.

wonderful family visit

My grandchildren and son & daughter in law visited for a week. The villa had excellent sleeping arrangements, we could all visit. the convenience to my home was perfect The kitchen was nicely laid out. The children enjoyed the family pool everyday. There were grocery close by, and restaurants. I would recommend this villa .
