Get away from it all - Life is GOOD at the Lake!!

6 bedroom home on over 4,000 acre beautiful Lake Tillery, provides year around enjoyment. Antique furnishings are located through out the home, as well as vintage and modern furnishings. Bedrooms include two king size beds, two queen size beds, one full size beds and four twin beds. Three full baths and a fully stocked kitchen. All linens and sheets are included. Sleeps 14 people very comfortably. The fully screened in second story boat house provides plenty of space to enjoy the lake scenery. Outdoor fire pit, gas grill, air hockey, ping pong table and washer and dryer. Life jackets and chairs are for use at the dock. We have a special guest fishing permit so any one can fish on site without purchasing a fishing license.
Home is located close to Swift Island Lake Tillery Boat Access and Launch site. (Our boats and boat slips are not available with rental) Within minutes of Tillery Tradition Golf, Eagles Nest Restaurant, Morrow Mountain State Park, Uwharrie National Forrest, wineries, antique shopping, marina and boat landings.
Nearby activities include: Equestrian Facilities, Drive in Movies, Museums, Arts, Tillery Tradition Golf and Unique Antique Shops.
Approximately an hour away from NASCAR's Lowes Motor Speedway, Concord Mills outlet mall in Concord, and Goldmines. located an hour and a half from Charlotte NC.
Also within easy driving distance is Pinehurst with its world-class golfing, the Rockingham Dragway, the Asheboro NC Zoo, and of course, pottery located in the village of Seagrove.
The perfect place for swimming, hiking, bird watching, wildlife viewing, boating, or just a relaxing getaway.
Come stay for a while and enjoy all the spectacular views.
Larger groups may be accommodated for an additional fee and cleaning deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!

Perfect place for families to enjoy the Lake Tillery. Sitting on the deck, swimming, fishing, and boating. The kitchen was awesome with so many things provided. The dock area provided lots of space, with a cool screened in upper deck. Communicstion was great! We definitely are already thinking about next year's visit.

Wonderful weekend!

We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it! There was plenty of room for all of us and the property is amazing! The kids and adults had a blast in the lake and loved hanging out at the fire pit at night.

Great House!

Perfect for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was well taken care of and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially loved the ping pong table and canoe! Can’t wait to go back!

Wow!! I wish I could take that kitchen home with me. Plenty of space throughout so the stay included my wife and kids, my brothers wife and kids, mom, dad, and aunt. We never felt over crowded, love having the floating mats for the water. We also got to use the fire pit as well which was perfectly situated.

Graduation Stay

Very nice. Perfect for a large group. We didn’t get to spend a lot of lake time at the property as we had several days of graduation activities keeping us busy. Loved the Kitchen!

Relaxing with a great view!

My family and I enjoyed this rental property very much. The home was clean and fully stocked with drinks and snacks. The view was excellent and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very responsive to inquiries I had.

We love this place!

This was the fourth year that our family vacationed in this home in June. Perfect place for children who love to swim, fish, and boat. We also enjoyed a hike over at Morrow Mountain. One day the women of the family went to Troy to shop and eat in downtown Troy. Very enjoyable!

Wedding party house

Great place to stay for our wedding located in Mt Gilead. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Over all great stay. Owners were very nice and helpful during a hick-up with the AC. Fixed in no time and very nice and helpful. Will stay again!!

Large well equipped home for large family

Great home for large families, with lots to do. Clean and spacious! Well stocked with all the amenities you could want. Very accommodating. Beautiful views! Would definitely return.

Great weekend

Check in was simple and Deborah was extremely quick to reply and very helpful throughout the process. She was very accommodating with any request I had. The house has a ton of room and the dock and backyard are perfect.

Perfect for our large family

This home is perfect for large groups. The interior layout had an open family/dining/kitchen with a deck facing the lake. There were ample bedrooms with beds for our family of 14. The owners supplied plenty of towels, as well as basic necessities. It was a wonderful week of vacation to end our summer.

Perfect Place!!

Such a fantastic house and the perfect spot! The best vacation rental any of us have ever stayed at. So clean!! All the beds were comfortable. Furnishings are top of the line and the kitchen!! WowWee! Worth every penny. Thank you!!

We are excited to hear that you enjoyed the new kitchen. The new refrigerator should be installed shortly...I think it has been on a slow boat from China. We are also adding an old-fashioned ice cream maker...so when you return, your family can enjoy some yummy family fun!

Family Visit

Property was exactly as described. We loved the place! Debby is a great host and communicator.Fridge was stocked with soft drinks, water, coffee and filters and the spice rack was stocked with everything you need. We loved the fire pit and the beautiful view of the lake! It was very peaceful! During the day we saw bald eagles and osprey looking for fish. In the evening we enjoyed the whipper wills singing in the distance. Highly recommend this property!
