We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The host was awful at communicating. He was very rude. Not sure if this is normal but the house was packed with stuff like the family lived there full time. Clothes in the closets. Pantry and bathrooms full.

As everyone can see. You’ll get a freak show and then a 5. If you can handle coming enjoy, if your gorked don’t even bother.

We could not locate a spatula. Pans had food on them and needed washed, showers did not drain well and bath towels were bleached are more suitable as a garage towel. . Only a few extra covers. Homeowner left front door open for us. We could not lock house when we left for the day and felt a lack of security for our items. Property manager sent me a message at little after 7pm and said he will not respond to messages after 8 pm and said to call emergency number. At 7:35 pm after seeing his message I said what is the emergency number. He responded at 5:40 am. Thankful i didn’t need anything and an area of opportunity for communication improvement.

Guest like this please stay away. You must contact the host for issues. We been renting 10 years and so far this years it’s been half whack jobs and half 5 star reviews. Stop being cowards and speak up people!

The neighborhood that this house is in is a lake golf course country club community. This house is well below standard for what you would expect. It appeared the owners live in the house. When we arrrived we found soiled towels hanging in the kitchen. One bed appeared to have been slept in even though the owner says they were clean. There was a Christmas tree still up in the living room. There were weird mannequin heads over the bed I. The master bedroom. The sofas are soiled and had some tears on some seams. The sofas had dirty covers on them. There was food left on the counter and in the fridge, weeds filled the lawn, plastic faded plants are on the steps of the house. I have rented many homes over the years and never walked into a home and left immediately. We were traveling from out of town and had to find other accommodations at last minute. If this could have been remedied by the owner we would have stayed. The whole rental is subpar and we were very disappointed!
