Welcome to Parker's Cottage yours to fill with memories and adventure.

This very small cottage is nestled in the woods on a quiet country road, which is not a touristy location and thats why you pay far less. The cottage was built in 2016 by the Parker's who are semi-retired and live on the other end of the 5 acre property. Spiral stairs lead to second floor bedroom which has one full size and one adult size bunk bed. The bathroom features a modern electric toilet but without sink. OUTDOOR SHOWER ONLY secure and private under deck.

Site around cottage has a gas grill, picnic table and hanging fire pit.

Consider WiFi internet, two tv's , Netflix, gas grill, AC, deck off bedroom and four lodgers, no cleaning fees and you realize $75.00 daily (2 night min ) is saving you money.

Nothing quite like relaxing by the fire pit with s’mores while a good steak is cooking on the grill at the Parker Cottage!

Very quiet, and neat. Loved staying here!

The place is very well put together, if you can get past the electric toilet it’s not bad! Will definitely stay again!

Lovely, quiet, rest spot

I had a terrific stay, and Gary Parker is a very good and attentive host. Sleeping was very comfortable and I made good use of the kitchen, outdoor fire pit, outdoor grill, and deck on the second floor. I wanted a place that was a little more off the beaten path, but access to so many places to enjoy was easy. If you don’t mind an outdoor shower, and I don’t and had plenty of hot water, this is a very easy place to relax, rest, and reflect.

Outstanding Lodger, Chris is every Hosts wish. We are ending our season on the best possible Lodger, quiet, communicates, clean and thoughtful. If you ever get the chance to Host Chris do not hesitate it's a pleasure just meeting him. Were wishing Chris a Life Time of Happiness.

Enjoyed the location ,private relaxing. Everything you need to stay comfortably..

Gary was a great host. Willing to assist and there to help if needed. Concerned about his guests and their safety. Sent a message saying a storm was coming and he would leave flood light on to light driveway. Would like to get back in fall to do some leaf peeping

Edward had his hands full carrying luggage and doing the driving. The four would head to Echo Lake each day enjoying the end of a family vacationing tradition. The cottage on Echo Lake is to be sold. Countless memories shared with family. Hope he makes it back to try echoing on the lake. Gary Parker

Peaceful and Relaxing

My wife and I have a very relaxing stay and loved the cottage. It was exactly what we needed and Gary our host was as nice as they come.

Out Standing Lodgers, All Host want guests like Todd and Sahra, they kept us informed about there arrival time. They were very quiet plus their dogs never even barked. They left the cottage extremely clean, floor swept and sink clean. I hope they come back and lodge with us again.

I enjoy building, the cottage started out as a guest house in our woods on the other end of 5 acre, you can't see our house and ended up as Parker's Cottage. I thought of you (Lodger) while building, putting quality and attention to detail in my work.
