Please note, the home sits atop a small hill, during snow and icy weather the driveway can be challenging to navigate for some vehicles not equipped with all wheel or 4 wheel drive. Although the driveway is regularly maintained with plowing, salt, and sand the weather can be unpredictable at times and the plows need time to make their scheduled passes. This does not make the house inaccessible but you may have difficulty getting up the driveway depending on your vehicle type, parking is available at the beginning of the driveway for these scenarios.

The house is equipped with a propane fueled generator that provides heat and electricity to the entire house for any power outage situations that arise due to inclement weather. Fuel is provided and on site at all times, there are simple step by step instructions posted for the generator set up and operation.
