The pull out couch was so disgusting when we got there under the cushions there were pieces of bacon, chips, candy, half chewed there was no toaster , the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we got there so had to run and empty to start our vacation, sand everywhere so we swept and cleaned our first day there the knifes don’t cut anything so dull just seems for 2600 and a 500 cleaning fee that it should be sparkling when you walk in …

The condo was well kept and the location was great! The instructions to get around the facility were helpful. The kitchen had a coffee maker and dishes to use. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the shower which I’m used to having when staying a VRBO so I didn’t bring my own, but close by shops had these items. Beach equipment and towels are provided which is nice to have! The condo was clean and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

Truly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this resort. The owners were very easy to work with and accomated every request. The resort was very entertaining for our 3 children and ourselves as well. We had no complaints our whole stay and will definitely consider staying here again!

Great place

Super nice condo! Everything was exactly as described, and the owner has done an excellent job anticipating needs for guests. Messages were always quickly answered, I hope to be able to stay here again.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this well stocked, perfectly located 20th floor condo. It rained and was dreary for a couple of days, but we were walking distance to things to do and places to eat.

Wonderful Condo

Condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resort is huge and Amy's instructions were amazing which made getting around the resort very easy for someone who was visiting for the first time! I will definitely stay here again.

45th anniversary at the beach!

We had a great week! Amy (owner contact) was really easy to work with and always responded quickly. It’s a well appointed property and spotlessly clean.

Very nice!

Condo is very nice and has everything you need. Owner is wonderful to work with and excellent with communication. This is a perfect location close to great restaurants, shopping, and Pier Park. Resort is very nice with plenty to do onsite. The view is breathtaking!

Great getaway

Condo is beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Host answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, we had to leave several days early due to a family emergency, but would definitely rent again.
