This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!

This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 15th or sooner through October 31st).

You will absolutely love this location! It is right next door to Runaway Island and you can also walk across the street to enjoy Mexican, Seafood, Pizza and Wings! Pier Park is just a short walk or drive away where you will also enjoy the Fishing Pier and many more fine restaurants and shops.

Emerald Beach Resort is true to it's name. It is a true upscale Beach Resort! You will enjoy the 3 pools, poolside Tiki Bar, hot tub, Starbucks, Sunsations Gift Shop, Grilling Area, Fitness Center, Ice Cream and snack bar, shuffleboard, corn hole, indoor and outdoor game rooms, Fitness Center, Day spa, and Boardwalk access to the stunning beach! It was great . We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and being right on the beach was a huge bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the ocean views, and the convenient location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Only issue was with the parking pass. You have to print out your own parking pass. I've never had to do that before. It was in an email from the property owner. No big deal, just had to go to Walgreens and print it.

This condo is beautifully decorated,as neat as a pin and the owner provides much more thoughtful amenities than any other host. The furniture is comfortable and tasteful and the lanai includes a table and chairs as well as two chaise lounges.The view is incredible!!

Wonderful two week stay. Great view and cozy, clean unit, All the kitchen items and more needed if you want to cook and there are restaurants within walking distance if you want to go out. Very responsive host.

The condo and all furnishings were beautiful. We felt like we walked into one of our relative’s house and were told to make ourselves at home. Every thing you could need was there and the entire condo was clean. The balcony, with the high top chairs and table was great, together with 2 lounge chairs for relaxing. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was exactly as advertised—beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. From coffee and cookware to a washer/dryer and beach towels, the host truly thought of everything.The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite spot. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and taking in the view. The location couldn’t be better either—being right on the beach meant it took us only about five minutes to go from the room to the surf.Teresa was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to all of my questions. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.

Hosts like Teresa are why VRBO is the best way to vacation. Property was better than described. The host as created a great home away from home atmosphere. She is responsive and very helpful. We will return and recommend Teresa and VRBO to friends and family.

The view from the condo was amazing. The "staples" available were great and made the stay that much better. Lots of living space in the living and kitchen area which would be good for families although it was just my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

I first came to Panama City Beach back in 1994 and fell in love with the powder white sand and emerald green water. I vacationed there many times since then and always dreamed of having a second home there that would eventually become my retirement home. My dream is now a work in progress!

I have stayed at many properties along the beach but Emerald Beach Resort always stood out as a true resort experience. The amenities, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, and the condo floor plans all contributed to this complex being at the top of my list. I am very lucky and blessed to be among those that are able to own a piece of this paradise!
