This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!

This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 1st through October 31st).

You will absolutely love this location! It is right next door to Runaway Island and you can also walk across the street to enjoy Mexican, Seafood, Pizza and Wings! Pier Park is just a short walk or drive away where you will also enjoy the Fishing Pier and many more fine restaurants and shops.

Emerald Beach Resort is true to it's name. It is a true upscale Beach Resort! Tranquil Getaway

This was a second stay at this condo and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The condo has beautiful views, it’s nicely decorated and comfortable and perfectly located. Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing. We simply love it here.

Great stay, perfect location

I’ve stayed in many condos in PCB and this was by far the best. Everything was as described. The space was incredibly clean, fully stocked with everything you could need. The host was always quick to respond and lovely to deal with. We will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was amazing. The Owner was by far the kindest person. She made sure that we didnt have a care in the world. All you need to pack is food and clothes. Absolutely LOVED our stay.

Wonderful property!

We’ve stayed here before, and we were happy to return. The unit is very well appointed-with everything from a well-stocked kitchen to nice linens & comfy furniture, We meet friends at this complex every year; we all agree that this is the best unit any of us have rented! Flawless check in & out, & owner is easy to work with. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect!

The condo was just as good as we were led to believe. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, spacious, and everything looked updated. Several convenient items such as extra towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing packs. We have been going to Panama City Beach for 15 years and this has been our favorite condo. Definitely booking again if possible.

Great place to stay

The host has thought of everything. All necessities if you forget anything. Super clean. Plenty of wash cloths and towels. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and View

The Condo is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big deal for us during this pandemic. It’s close to the elevators, and the view is priceless!! Teresa is wonderful. We look forward to returning!

Best PCB condo we have stayed in!!!

Our stay was amazing, not only was the condo immaculately clean, it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Teresa was terrific to deal with, she kept us completely informed and answered every question we had with a very quick response. Teresa even worked it out for us to have an early check in when our flight was rescheduled. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come back.

I first came to Panama City Beach back in 1994 and fell in love with the powder white sand and emerald green water. I vacationed there many times since then and always dreamed of having a second home there that would eventually become my retirement home. My dream is now a work in progress!
