This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!

This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 1st through October 31st).

You will absolutely love this location! It is right next door to Runaway Island and you can also walk across the street to enjoy Mexican, Seafood, Pizza and Wings! Pier Park is just a short walk or drive away where you will also enjoy the Fishing Pier and many more fine restaurants and shops.

Emerald Beach Resort is true to it's name. It is a true upscale Beach Resort! You will enjoy the 3 pools, poolside Tiki Bar, hot tub, Starbucks, Sunsations Gift Shop, Grilling Area, Fitness Center, Ice Cream and snack bar, shuffleboard, corn hole, indoor and outdoor game rooms, Fitness Center, Day spa, and Boardwalk access to the stunning beach! Beautiful condo with everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Teresa had things most condos don’t include- we typically have to buy coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags- we still did BUT it was so nice to have a starter stash! The sheets and towels were nice quality not scratchy hotel quality we are used too. The mattress was so comfy. The balcony was so nice to relax on and enjoy the view. The fridge having an ice maker was so nice to use to our cooler for the beach. The 2nd bathroom was big enough for a pack and play for our baby! My only feedback would be pack an alarm clock- condo doesn’t have. Pack a sound machine the BR is next to the outside hallway and you can hear guest walking back and doors closing and people talking. And pack a dark sheet or blanket and some clothes pins the BR has lights right outside and the curtains are sheet making the BR bright as you are trying to sleep.

10/10 would recommend! Great condo, love the beachy vibe, it was very clean, and well appointed. The check in/out instructions were easy to follow, don’t forget to print your parking pass. It’s nice having a door code keyless entry. Very important to us is a comfortable bed when we’re away from home so we don’t wake up with a back ache, this one is definitely comfortable. The chair service that comes with the condo is also an important perk to us so you don’t have to schlep chairs and an umbrella back and forth. Book the condo, enjoy your coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins, you won’t regret it.

Location was great and the condo was well furnished. The resort is also well managed and maintained. The gym was closed which was unfortunate as we were hoping to use it during the week.

Great family vacation spot

Loved everything about our stay from the greeting out the car to the homie feel of the condo. The view was amazing. Our toddler enjoyed the pool while my husband and I enjoyed the Skylounge.

Our favorite! 100/100 🏖️

This is our second time to stay. It’s our favorite. Clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to our needs. We split our days between the beach and then the pool. Teresa is easy to reach out to if you have any questions and provided all we needed to enjoy our stay. Obviously not our first and won’t be our last stay.

Beautiful condo and well stocked.

Teresa was so easy to work with, and I've never stayed in a condo that was stocked as much as this one. It was beautiful. Me and my family got three condos at this resort, and mine was the best one.The bed was so comfortable. Loved all the decor. The only thing I didn't like about this resort, was the parking garage across the street and having to take two different elevators and escalator to get to our room. Teresa did explain the best way to unload our luggage and where to go. It was very helpful to us. I saw some people struggling on where to go. I would definitely stay here again and book this condo.

Perfect!

The condo was just as good as we were led to believe. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, spacious, and everything looked updated. Several convenient items such as extra towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing packs. We have been going to Panama City Beach for 15 years and this has been our favorite condo. Definitely booking again if possible.

Beach Getaway

The condo was tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. From the living room to the bedroom and the bathrooms, every corner of the condo reflected a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen was spotless and the bathrooms shone, making our stay extremely comfortable. The condo was very well-stocked, with every essential one could think of. Whether it was kitchen appliances, utensils, or cleaning supplies, everything was readily available, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The attention to detail in this condo was impressive. Small yet significant items like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, extra blankets, and pillows were all available, which added to the overall comfort and ease of our stay. It was these little things that made a big difference, making us feel at home. A particularly nice touch was the inclusion of beach chairs. This thoughtful gesture added to the overall beach condo experience, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful ocean view in ultimate comfort. This beach condo exceeded our expectations in every way, perfect for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Home Away From Home

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful time here. The weather wasn't beach material, but we made the use of our place and facilities. Teresa was very communicative throughout, it was easy to check-in/check-out, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. I can't wait to come here again. Everyone were right about how Teresa made all the small details convenient for us. Some notes for future guests: - No need to park at the unloading/loading side. It'll be hard to cross the busy street for parking. Just go straight to the parking lot b/c there will be a lot of carts on each floor to use. - Beach attendant is rarely at their post. We can never get a beach chair/umbrella b/c of this and just take over other people's chairs/umbrellas after they leave. I was told that they open at 8 AM and will stop taking names at 3 PM. However, for those that already reserve, it will remain on the beach until the guests leave for the day (how my family were able to use them). - Runaway Island down the street will take you at least 50 minutes of waiting whether you go put in your name at 5 PM or 7 PM for dinner. - Great donut down the street called A'more Donuts. Foods such as pizza is cheaper than the one near the seafood market. Seafood market has coupons. You'll just have to look for them. - Target and Walmart are very busy and shortages of stock due to being the only ones near the area on Hwy 98. - There's a great restaurant called Salty Sue's on Hwy 98

I first came to Panama City Beach back in 1994 and fell in love with the powder white sand and emerald green water. I vacationed there many times since then and always dreamed of having a second home there that would eventually become my retirement home. My dream is now a work in progress!

The amenities, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, and the condo floor plans all contributed to this complex being at the top of my list. I am very lucky and blessed to be among those that are able to own a piece of this paradise!
