Mike and Kathy are excellent hosts! Communication was great and everything at the house was as advertised. We felt like we were at a resort with all of the amenities and activities available to us! I would highly recommend staying there.

Honestly, for a group of 6 guys between 25-35, this place has MORE than enough activities for 3 full days and we still haven’t played everything. It’s its own little resort.

Awesome place for a family or group. Six bedrooms, each with a king bed and room for more. The game room and pools were a big hit. We had a blast.

We had a family group of 11...ages 9-80 There was so much to do that we didn't have time for it all! It wouldn't matter what season of the year, you are guaranteed to have fun here!We all loved it.

I traveled to Nashville with 11 others to celebrate my 50th birthday and this place was absolutely amazing! 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, volleyball, putting green, arcade room, jukebox and karaoke! So many amenities that went didn’t get to them all! A mile from all things you could possibly need! Mike and Kathy were wonderful to talk beforehand and during our stay! This house offers so much and can accommodate more than 12 guests. Truly can’t make any recommendations to the homeowners because it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!!

This home had so many amenities it was a gem within Nashville that needs its own zip code! The owners were incredibly thoughtful and gracious on explaining all the adventures within. Arcade, hot tubs, pools, fire pit, putting greens, you name it. A quick 20min drive and you're on Broadway and if you need anything else pretty much any store you need is within 10minuts. 100% recommend!

Hosts were super nice and very accommodating. Communication was consistent and helpful. The kids loved the video games and indoor pool. The adults loved the down time without running around as the home kept them busy. We loved the extra touches like laundry baskets and hangers in each closet, larger garbage cans in bathrooms, lots of towels and the jukebox was a huge bonus! The distance to all of our outings was less than 30 minutes - very convenient. We plan to return!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. The host we’re very nice and always quick to respond when we had questions. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and were given a tour with instructions on how to work everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes we needed for our holiday meals. There was plenty of extra towels, blankets, and linens if we needed them. Our favorite highlights by far were the hot tub and arcade. We spent most our time relaxing in the hot tube or playing games. The big tables in the dining room were nice for us to play board games together. Each room had a tv and a luggage rack. My entire group enjoyed every minute of our stay. Just can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We will definitely be back!!!
The coolest part of our stay. Gave us a place for everyone to spend time together and have fun!
We had s'mores in the fire pit. Host had plenty of wood already cut for us and a wheel barrow to move it.
The pool water was so clear and there were floats and balls for the kids.
The large living room was perfect for our Christmas morning

Great Experience

My family had a blast at this property and highly recommend it to families. We have children ages 4, 7, and 14, and never once heard them say, "I'm bored." Highly recommended.

Great for families

We had the absolute best vacation stay. We ended up cancelling our plans to go downtown Nashville because we were having so much fun at the house. So much to do for our kids (6-14 year olds). We didn't have one single complaint.

Week in the Summer

We had a great time at the property. The home was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions. The location is a quiet neighborhood close to stores and 15-20 minutes from downtown (we had no issues getting an Uber)

Family Vacation

Had a great time in Nashville. Loved property location. Kids loved game room and pools. Adults loved outdoor spaces and hot tubs. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Ample parking for all. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the wildlife at nite. Host were very responsive to any and all needs and questions. Would definitely stay agian.

50th birthday

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville staying at This house was great. We could Uber to downtown food nearby and plenty to do at the house. Some games didn’t work.. Indoor pool was fine at night. The fire at night was fun with some s’mores. Would definitely book this place again

Unbelievable Home with so much to do!!!

The owners of the home were absolutely amazing! Very accommodating! The house was fantastic! 2 pools, Arcade Games, Billards, etc. the list goes on and on. There is never a dull moment at this home! Definitely going to stay here again sometime!

Great house, plenty to do (or not do!)

Great house - good location (25 minutes to Nashville), plenty of food places nearby (Center Point BBQ is literally 2 minutes - great, old school BBQ), cool games in the arcade room (though it is a bit cramped), and who can complain about two pools? Unfortunately, only there for three days with a small group, so wasn't able to take advantage of everything.

Arcade and Indoor Pool was a Hit

Took my family of 4 kids here and they loved it. The big draws were the arcade and indoor pool and as expected these were the big hits upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the basketball hoop and the 2 hot tubs. We needed a place to get away for spring break and this worked. The house itself is small, but that was okay. The location isn't really the kind where we felt like we could go out for a run and explore (there is a plaza with a Wal Mart/Taco Bell minutes away), but it was okay. The property manager was very sweet!

Grandkids didn’t want to leave the house

This home is amazing for kids. My five grandchildren range in age from 16 - 8, and all of them had plenty to do. It rained on and off during our stay, but the kids would just move from the outdoor pool to the indoor pool when necessary. My 8 year old grandson really loved the arcade room. He told me he rates it 11 on a 1-10 scale!

Wow!

What a delightful home! The descriptions of the property are spot-on, so I won’t reiterate them here. The arcade is a blast! And the pools and hot tubs were a hit with our family. There is definitely something for everyone and for all ages – if you are bored during your stay, it is your own fault! The hosts are very responsive, accessible and helpful. They have filled the home with many thoughtful, hospitable details … abundant number of towels; black make-up washcloths; two (2) types of coffee makers; well-stocked variety of k-cups and creamers in the kitchen; comfy beds, and no annoying checkout to-do list! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great Host / Needs Maintenance

The hosts did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. The property is in need of a lot of maintenance, though. The kids could not use the play yard. It did not look anything like the pictures. It had exposed nails, broken boards, the sand underneath was full of weeds and animal droppings and the slide was dirty and weathered. The bikes were rusted and in poor condition. The putting green was full of sticks and stones and was not maintained. Our biggest disappointment was the indoor pool. It is kept at 82 degrees, but since their humidity control is not working, half the windows had to be left open to avoid condensation on the ceiling. Thus, the water cooled very quickly overnight and it was quite cool in there while swimming. They did raise it to 84 for us, but the air temperature did not allow the kids to stay in long. The game room is a big plus and the kids had a great time playing the variety of games. Lastly, be aware that the downstairs exercise equipment/bedroom/living area that are displayed in the pictures, are not included in the listed VRBO price. Great host, lots of amenities, but the property is run down.
