Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay
We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.
FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

We had the best girls’ weekend at this VRBO! The location was perfect—so close to Broadway and everything we wanted to do. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our group. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it for a girls’ trip to Nashville!

Great home in a great location! We had plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved that it was a little less than 2 miles to walk downtown. I will book this place again!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable furnishings! The hosts were great to work with and the house had everything we needed for our large group. They have put so much care into maintaining this beautiful home.

Walkable to plenty of places. Very quiet location given the proximity to the city center. Clean, nice, spacious. Would definitely rent again.

We used this property as home base for a girls trip and had a blast. One of us had to bring our kids and this property had the perfect amount of space and charm in addition to an incredibly convenient location to downtown exploring. The home is charming and well kept and had great little “needs” taken care of like coffee and shampoo/ body wash stocked and ready. Fin ice cubes were in the freezer too. This home held our group comfortably and was perfect for us. It was air conditioned well considering the 100degree heat wave, and at night the ceiling fans were great if it did get stuffy they cleared if right up. The beds were comfortable and styled so nicely. There is ample street parking and a cute porch as well as proximity to a park! We had fun listening in to the first annual Dolly Parton 9-to-5 k race one morning. Absolutely would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in Nashville! The home was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and very comfortable. The location was perfect —close to everything but still in a great neighborhood. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds.We had everything we needed for a great trip and would absolutely book again.

We loved the location of this adorable house. We were able to walk to dinner and to the Gulch for restaurants and shopping. The outdoor sitting areas were awesome. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the upstairs deck. The house was well-equipped, super clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us!! We needed somewhere to stay on our way to our daughter’s wedding in Destin, FL. This house in the heart of Nashville was the best place ever. Exactly as described. The pictures were current. The house was spotless. I will stay at this home again!!! Definitely one you want to book!

10 out of 10! Easily my favorite place I have ever stayed. Super clean and cute decor. Walkable to everything! And the host went out of her way to leave birthday treats for us. Trust me, this place is incredible!

My college friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was absolutely perfect. Cute decor, comfy beds, all the things that you needed. And bonus it was walking distance to the bars on broadway. Highly recommend this stay!

This place is awesome!! Pictures and descriptions are very accurate, super cute, clean, A/C works great. We loved the location, near the Gulch - which has tons of restaurants within a 8 minute walk. Broadway is about 20-25 minutes, we walked some, it was also an easy Uber. We felt perfectly safe in this quiet neighborhood. There is a nice park nearby if you have kids/dogs. Communication was excellent, we had no issues. We especially enjoyed the front porch and the back deck. I would rent this house again for sure.

I LOVE Nashville's older homes with their history and character! It is difficult to find these homes for sale in Nashville now because so many are being torn down and replaced with brand new tall skinny homes that share one lot. When we found this home, it was in very rough condition. However the location was key. It was built in year 1900 and was the first neighborhood in the downtown area. We had a wonderful time restoring and cherish the results! We think you will too!

I cannot say enough about the location! It is 100% walkable to so many fun areas that include music, history, restaurants, shopping, etc. It has a beautiful 2 story deck on the back of the house with wonderful views. And a large private back yard to enjoy. The house is perfect for large groups to gather and socialize but also provides space for privacy as well.
