Up one more landing is the entrance to the home with expansive ocean views from the decks and living area. The kitchen offers a center island for additional counter space and snacks at the bar. There is a covered porch off the dining area and comfortable seating in the living area with 46" flat screen TV, DVD and Stereo/CD. A split level down you'll find 2 bedrooms (king, 2 singles) with shared full bath. A split level up, find the queen master bedroom with sliders to the oceanfront deck and another bedroom with a queen and a single plus a private half bath. All three levels of decking offer beautiful ocean views. This home does not have a landline.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
