This cute home is close to the golf course, rec center, grocery store, coffee shop and many restaurants and other places for you and your guests to enjoy. Wolf Creek Ski Area, The Hot Springs, San Juan River, Fishing Lakes, Hiking Trails, Hot Air Balloons all very close. Convenient Wal-Mart is within a few minutes from the home. Large Front Yard Side Yards Back Yard with swing set. Please come and stay at our cozy cabin and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful mountain town.

more like staying at a friends place than a rental

Everything was good except the closets and drawers (one chest of drawers was missing a drawer completely) were all filled with personal stuff. there was personal papers and toys in the loft. it made it seems more like borrowing a friends cabin rather than a rental property.

We liked the location, close to all venues. The shower rod was rusty. Towels were worn out and torn. White sofa, beat up and worn out. Opened the bedroom curtains and generated a cloud of dust. Kitchen could use a deep clean. Still liked our stay. Budget friendly. Thanks.

Great stay

Cabin was perfect for me and my girlfriend the stove in the corner was awesome and kept us nice and toasty. Good mountain vibes!!! James was SUPER accommodating!!

Comfortable Cabin in Beautiful Pagosa!

We had a wonderful stay with all the needed amenities in a great location. Besides the bedroom heater knobs being confusing, everything else worked well. It was fun to stay in this well lit small home with natural gas fireplace.

Needs some TLC

Charming cabin, but could use some work. There were broken drawers and a cupboard in the kitchen. Furniture was very warn. Wasn't quite clean - replaced the bedding upon arrival.

A slice of rustic comfort

When I first got there, could not figure out how to unlock the door. Called the property manager and he responded immediately and was so very kind and patient. Got inside and the rustic cabin was perfect for a get away. I would definitely come back. Then place is charming, it even has a washer and dryer!!

Peaceful Pagosa Place

Great place in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick to respond to a couple questions i had about the property. We even had a couple deer stroll thru the front yard while eating dinner on the porch! Would definitely stay here asain!

Lots of windows.

Liked the rustic airy feel. Could watch the hot air balloons in the mornings. Very quiet. Great cell service (AT&T) and internet.

Great Cabin!

This cabin has everything you would need! The check in process was so easy. It is in a great location and the deer in your front yard every night was a great hit. I would absolutely stay there again!

You get what you pay for

Location is good and in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was during winter holidays. You cannot beat the price for Pagosa, but there are some reasons why that is. There is no central heating which makes the loft comfortable, but very cold in downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The beds downstairs are smaller than queen size ( I guess full size?) which might be appropriate for a couple of kids but not for two grownups (and no, we are not big nor tall). Also, we found mice droppings in the pots, so that's that about cleaning standards. The host was very quick to respond to our questions, but I am not sure about the value of that when the situation cannot be remediated.

Pagosa Getaway

The property was conveniently located close to town and shopping. House was clean and well kept. Slightly rustic, but that contributed to the appeal. Very nice neighborhood. Saw deer in the yard in the evening. Nice views of the hot-air balloons in the morning. We would definitely stay again and are looking forward to our next visit.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood just outside of town. The house was just basic but it met our needs.

Wonderful, Cozy Cabin

My wife and I loved our stay at this cabin in Pagosa. James, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. The cabin was just as described on the website, located just a few miles from the central area of town, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The area was quiet. The cabin was clean, comfy and well worth the price. We'll definitely book it again for our next Pagosa trip!

Very nice cabin. Perfect base of operations for skiing at Wolf Creek. Nice neighborhood that I presume is on a golf course because street names are all golf-oriented. Great owner.

Ski trip

The cabin was just as described. Very cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean and today upon arrival and the owner was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds to spread out in, the teenagers loved the loft space, plenty of towels and extra blankets/linens. Everything we needed in the kitchen, wonderfully hot water, and having a washer and dryer is so handy too. Pagosa Springs got about 6 inches of snow our 2nd night there, so we also appreciated the snow shovel and brush for the car. A sweet neighbor up the road a bit loaned the kids a couple of sleds while we were there. We enjoyed Pagosa Springs and our cabin stay so much!
