Permit # 004472 This quaint cabin has 2 bedrooms with closet space and 1 bathroom with a spacious loft area, open living room, wood stove, full kitchen, and dining area, and washer/dryer. TV/WIFI. This cute home is close to the golf course, rec center, grocery store, coffee shop and many restaurants and other places for you and your guests to enjoy. Wolf Creek Ski Area, The Hot Springs, San Juan River, Fishing Lakes, Hiking Trails, Hot Air Balloons all very close. Convenient Wal-Mart is within a few minutes from the home. Large Front Yard Side Yards Back Yard with swing set. Please come and stay at our cozy cabin and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful mountain town.

Perfect little cabin

This cabin was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in Pagosa Springs. It was very comfortable and a great location. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will be back to stay again!

Great stay

Cabin was perfect for me and my girlfriend the stove in the corner was awesome and kept us nice and toasty. Good mountain vibes!!! James was SUPER accommodating!!

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood just outside of town. The house was just basic but it met our needs.

Great Cabin!

This cabin has everything you would need! The check in process was so easy. It is in a great location and the deer in your front yard every night was a great hit. I would absolutely stay there again!

Peaceful Pagosa Place

Great place in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick to respond to a couple questions i had about the property. We even had a couple deer stroll thru the front yard while eating dinner on the porch! Would definitely stay here asain!

The cabin was just as described. Very cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean and today upon arrival and the owner was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice cabin. Perfect base of operations for skiing at Wolf Creek. Nice neighborhood that I presume is on a golf course because street names are all golf-oriented. Great owner.

Home away from home...

more like staying at a friends place than a rental

Everything was good except the closets and drawers (one chest of drawers was missing a drawer completely) were all filled with personal stuff. there was personal papers and toys in the loft. it made it seems more like borrowing a friends cabin rather than a rental property.

Lots of windows.

Liked the rustic airy feel. Could watch the hot air balloons in the mornings. Very quiet. Great cell service (AT&T) and internet.

The cabin was very cozy and would be perfect for a small family. The owner LaNell was a genuinely kind and thoughtful host meaning she was very accessible and thoughtful our entire trip. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay in which we did. The cabin was clean and cozy. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you LaNell!

Wonderful, Cozy Cabin

My wife and I loved our stay at this cabin in Pagosa. James, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. The cabin was just as described on the website, located just a few miles from the central area of town, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The area was quiet. The cabin was clean, comfy and well worth the price. We'll definitely book it again for our next Pagosa trip!

Good location . Close to stores, shopping and restaurants. Property well maintened. Very clean area

Recent hunting trip around Pagosa area. We enjoyed the convenience of the location . Very nice neighborhood, quiet and well kept. Cabin was perfect for us. LaNell Robertson kept us well informed before and after our trip. We highly recommend this cabin and the service. Would definitely book this cabin again on a return trip.

Pagosa Getaway

The property was conveniently located close to town and shopping. House was clean and well kept. Slightly rustic, but that contributed to the appeal. Very nice neighborhood. Saw deer in the yard in the evening. Nice views of the hot-air balloons in the morning. We would definitely stay again and are looking forward to our next visit.
