Beautiful place very quiet , close to the beach and all the restaurants in manzanita, short drive to cannon beach , short walk to the gulf court, highly recommended for couples. This was our third visit and for sure not the last, thank you Nancy

Clean, nicely decorated unit, well-appointed kitchen, very close to the beach. Nice walk to the heart of Manzanita’s restaurants and shops. As advertised, it is a studio, but it is really roomy. Pleasant private patio too.

Everything was as advertised and the location was convenient to both the beach and downtown area with restaurants and shops. Wonderful way to spend a long weekend.

We had such an amazing time here! This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. A few houses from the beach, across the street from the golf course, and a 10 minute walk to town on the beach. The owners are kind, respectful and have created a serene space with the world’s most comfortable bed and pillows which is essential! A small patio on both sides to sit and enjoy the birds. While this is located in the lower level of the main house, it is private and has soaring ceilings which they gave great attention to when building this addition. You would have no idea someone was above you. This place is fantastic. We will be back!

The hosts were great, very welcoming. The place was outstanding; we had everything we needed. The beach is right there. The town is fantastic. So — a lot of superlatives, all true.

Very lovely spot

Loved this place. Nice amenities, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful hosts. Very close to beach and about a ten minute walk to town. Hope to stay here again!

Great Cottage and Location

Great place, very clean, exactly as in listing. Met the owners who live in separate unit above cottage - very friendly. Short walk to wonderful beach for walking.

We had a great time on our 3-day relaxing getaway. Quiet neighborhood, just a few steps away from the amazing Manzanita Beach, good for miles of oceanside walking.The hosts were interested and attentive to make sure we enjoyed our time. Highly recommend this place!!!Richard and Barbara

Outstanding Near Beach Studio

Meticulously clean, designed and equipped. On quiet dead end street, easy walk to beach and to town. Ideal escape for a couple. Very pleasant host.

This was just what we were looking for! Maybe 100 yards from the beach on a quiet street. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Nancy and Ron are awesome! Highly recommend!

Lovely to relax and enjoy the beach

Being a close walk to the beach makes going down early easy. Just a few miles from all there is to do on the Nehalem River, too. Well organized and very comfortable studio - having a laundry helps keep up with kids!

The rental was equipped and suitable for two persons as advertised. This exactly what we were looking for and our expectations were met.
