The space is cozy and accommodated two families with dogs. We appreciated the low lighting which made it extra cozy! The hot tub was also a hit!

One of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in. Beautiful cottage, with extremely comfortable beds and great showers. The nearby beach felt private. The charming town of Manzanita was perfectly situated, near hiking and Canon Beach, but less crowded and more relaxed. Perfect for our first trip to the coast.

The house was quite clean and the location is incredible to downtown Manzanita. Access to the beach is just a stroll down the street. Hot tub was up to date and very clean. Would recommend this property to any and all.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is the coziest getaway. The owners have done an excellent job making this place feel like a home away from home. The coastal details and artwork are beautiful. The private deck with hot tub is an added bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. We’ve stayed I manzanita many times and would recommend this house to anyone wanting to experience how this small coastal town truly feels.

This was one of the best beach houses I’ve ever rented! The pictures don’t do it justice- this home is gorgeous with sky lights and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The toilets all had bidets! Fancy bidets!! The beds were super comfortable with soft sheets and plush blankets. The hot tub was perfect after a long walk on the beach (which was just so close to the house). I will absolutely be booking again. Our host was communicative and accommodating. Perfect 10/10 beach stay!

This is a cute and cozy rental super close to the beach. It felt like a home away from home. Side note: thank you for having a kettle. Most vacation rentals don’t. Kids loved the hot tub! Thanks for a lovely stay. We’d definitely book again.

We had a great time with family at the beach cabin. Super location- close to the beach and a short walk into town. The house was roomy and the porch was much bigger than expected. We had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Keeping this one on our short-list for Manzanita!

Great location. Nice older house that could use a bit of updating, but comfortable overall. The one thing I didn’t love was the long list of checkout tasks - I had to get up early on my last day of vacation to make sure I had enough time to do everything on the list.

We loved our stay at Rivendell! The place was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our family vacation. The hot tub was an extra nice touch. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to beautiful Manzanita!

Easily walkable into town. Beds were super comfy. Hot tub was amazing. Direct access to the beach was superb! It’s a cute little house with everything I and my party needed. I would definitely come back.

We had a WONDERFUL stay!! We loved everything about it and will absolutely stay again next time we visit Manzanita. We loved the location and the king sized bed and the bidets and the hot tub! It was private and perfect for our needs as we simply enjoyed the time away and my husband is a chef and so we cooked dinner every night and nested. We loved it!!

The house was amazing! Cozy and comfortable, and it really had everything I needed. And it was all in perfect condition!! The hot tub was divine, and the location was perfect! Really close to town, the beach, and the state park! I will look forward to staying again! And Olive dog enjoyed it too. Especially zoomies on the beach!! Thank you!
