We stay at a lot of rentals due to travel with our family business. And this by far, is one of the best ones we've ever stayed at everything that we needed was on-site. James was a wonderful host and we will definitely stay again, if we're back in Hayes, Kansas

The pictures don't do justice for this apartment. It was just what we needed. The clean reverse osmosis water was a great extra. I have to drink this water for my health and brought my own, but this added plus was what we all drink in our own homes. The kitchen appliances and cookware was great. We took advantage of the nice wide couch for sleeping, which they provided extra linens and pillows for us.The storage under the bed was nice to not have to live out of the suitcase and made me feel at home. The bathroom had ample room for all of us to put our necessities. It was a great stay for all of us.
