This lake house is a gorgeous getaway! We stayed here for our five year wedding anniversary and had a blast. The hosts made check in and check out seamless and stress free; we’ll definitely be back next year!

We only had one night, but it was really enjoyable. The bed we used was comfortable, and we were nice and cozy warm. The view across the lake is to die for. There is a bunch of information on local things to do, and if we had stayed longer/had better weather, we would definitely have used the kayaks.I think that the home is designed for longer stays, where people kind of move in for several days or longer, and bring supplies. It is fairly sparse on kitchen extras, like spices, oil, etc., so just be aware. But the location is stellar, and it's quiet, which is important to us. We rarely visit the same area twice, but if we did, this would be one that we returned to.

This is a beautiful house right by the lake, with plenty of space for a group to spread out. We enjoyed an amazing sunset while sitting on the deck. The hosts were helpful and made it easy to check in and check out.

Wonderful stay close to family

Great place to enjoy time with family in the area! The home had an open floor plan which was wonderful! Beautiful views of the lake from the deck as well!

Karl was was easy to communicate with, was very accommodating, was helpful with first person knowledge of the area and the lake. The sunsets were out of the world.

Stayed here for a week with two coworkers, way better than staying in a hotel. The house was super clean and beds are huge. The lake access and views are second to none! It’s conveniently located less than 10 minutes from town. Highly recommended. We got to kayak and fish and enjoy the deck.

Weekend in VT

Family weekend trip to VT to see kids at UVM and catch a soccer game, St Albans downtown was fun with good food, farmers market and auto show.

Weekend Getaway

We Loved the cottage on the lake. Beautiful views, close to anything you need. We felt right at home. The kids loved the bunk rooms.

2023 Fishing Trip

This location and property was outstanding and perfect for our 4 person week long fishing trip. Property very well maintained and would high recommend to others.

Had a great stay

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed cottage. Beautiful sunsets each night while enjoying the firepit. Loved the knotty pine woodwork throughout the cottage. Definately considering returning next year.

Great property

We stayed here for a long weekend, because we were in town visiting nearby family. Location was great. Quiet and clean. Nice to have air conditioning in the hot humid days!

Great place for leaf peeping!

Very nice stay on Lake Champlain. House bigger than seems in photos. The queen bunks were roomy and comfortable. Carl very responsive. Will recommend to friends!

We were happy to find this lovely little home on the lake for an extended weekend away from home. The property owners were wonderful to work with and responsive to a special request. The check-in info was spot on, and we were pleased to find the home as described with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The interior had all the comforts of home - including books, games, and beach towels. We appreciate knowing which coffee maker to expect as we love our morning coffee! All rooms were clean and nicely decorated in cabin style. While we only used the master bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. Information regarding use of appliances and water were appreciated. Two outside decks allowed for sun and shade sitting. The weather was too nice for us to use the outside firepit, but it looked inviting. We were able to launch our pontoon boat across the bay and tie up to the camp's dock. We spent much of our time on the lake. Novice boaters should know your depths. No luck fishing! Regardless, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay for an additional day. Thank you, Carl and Donna!

Wonderful Cabin on the Lake

We had the best stay for our family of five. The kids (13, 13, and 9) loved the big bunk beds in their room. Mom and Dad loved our comfy king bed with a view of the lake. Sunsets were a treat every night and the cottage was perfectly equipped for preparing meals and grilling meats. We will stay again!

Comfortable cabin

We stayed for a week this summer and a weekend last summer. The cabin is comfortable - the bunk room has 4 queen beds, each room has its own a/c unit. The living/dining/kitchen space is open and has big windows overlooking the lake. The decks and patio furniture also add so much the the stay.
