Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach access’ throughout. Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets. Come enjoy your stay!

The space
enjoy the lake life, fishing, boating kayaking ext.. private dirt road with very very little traffic. Nice big front yard for the kids to play!
Huge deck half undercover and half to enjoy a bit of sunshine.

The cottage is fantastic! It’s in a quiet and lovely place that felt homely and comfortable. We have already talked about going back to Vermont and staying here again. Steven is a fantastic host!

We had a wonderful stay at Steven's cabin by Lake Champlain! The cabin had everything we needed, was clean and cozy, and provided a great sense of privacy. The beds were comfortable and the window blinds were excellent, so we slept wonderfully. It’s located just 100 meters from the lakefront. The weather was a bit too chilly for us to swim or go boating, but the location is great. Steven was a fantastic host and answered all our questions very quickly through the app. Highly recommended!

Place was quite and cozy, had all the necessities for a relaxed stay. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or a couple and their pup (us). Will definitely revisit in warmer weather

We have made multiple visits to the cabin. It is excellent warm very well equipped kitchen and we will be back. Stephen is a great host and very access accessible and immediately responsive.

Great for a relaxing get-away

We stay in the area once a year to visit family in Quebec. We found the property to have everything we needed and especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

The gas grill was very dirty I spent a while cleaning it and when I lit it up not all the burner ports had a flame. It worked ok after that just kept a close eye on it. That was the only issue everything else very nice.

The house was very clean, exactly as described. Lots of room. The bath tub was huge and amazing. Full kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Lots of games which my foster kids enjoyed. The covered porch was wonderful as it was raining off and on. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the lake. Owner was very responsive to questions.Bed were comfortable. Other family members who were staying at local hotels were amazed at size and how cozy it was. And they paid far more than we did for lodging. Hoping to stay here again.

Nice cabin out of the way but close enough to shops and restaurants Cabin was remodeled at some point and it’s very nice! Host had just about everything you would need for a comfy stay, even k-cups for the keurig that was there. There is a window ac unit which was needed, believe it or not, even for heat tolerant Floridians Host is quick to reply to any questions Would love to go again

The property was well maintained. The only issue is there’s no air conditioning in the bedrooms and if you’re gonna rent this place in the summer when it’s hot, it may be a little stuffy.

Excellent house

We stayed for 2 nights with friends being fishing on the lake! Fishing was very good. The house is in a good area, very clean, bright and cozy. We did really had a good time. Hope coming back again.

A great spot for rest and relaxation. Everything you need and more was available in the kitchen. The massive deck was where we spent most of our time unwinding after exploring the local islands by bike. The fire pit as well as the kayak were appreciated as well.

Peaceful Small Town America

Me and my friends came from Canada to spend the weekend. Steven was amazing, and quick to respond, quicker to help. We enjoyed the peace Friday night, and the surrounding small towns Saturday. It was a perfect weekend getaway

Perfect spot for a late season fishing trip with three guys and two boats. Futons in living room so there was plenty of sleep space available for more. Well appointed kitchen and the entire home was spotless. Was too cold to enjoy the covered porch but we could see ourselves renting again, hanging out on porch with dinner on the grill. Entry into the home and getting on WiFi was a breeze. Owner communication was great.

Quiet time

Clean property that has kitchen that has just about anything you need. I stayed by myself but could easily hold a lot more people. Spent time on the outside covered porch with a coffee listening to birds. Would 100% recommend this property for a family looking to get away and do day trips in Vermont and Montreal. Internet strong enough to work on. Property host great too

Yearly Trip

The property was great! The house was nice and clean. We had an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink and Steven was quick to respond and came right over and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I was disappointed that there was no closet for hanging clothes and no window coverings in the bedrooms. At the end of the day we enjoyed our stay!
