The place was amazing. Perfect location on Sapelo Island. Everything that you can think of was in the house to prepare meals. Very clean and well taken care of. There was excellent communication, ensuring a very smooth check-in and checkout process with the owner. Will definitely come back to Sapelo and stay here. Plus the vehicle was key to getting around the island.

We keep coming back to Tidal Flat because of the owner, Tod. He is very accommodating, easy to get in touch with and so friendly. The house is clean and inviting and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The house is central to the island and an easy drive, bike ride to Nanny Goat Beach. We look forward to another trip.

Todd was great at communicating before the visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our favorite features are the spacious kitchen and the front porch with plenty of seating. We had a great time and felt right at home.

Our stay was wonderful. Tod was super attentive to our questions, he met us at the ferry dock to make sure we got on the ferry and answered any additional questions we had. The Tidal Flat is a beautiful home in the midst of the wonderfully preserved nature of Sapelo (which we hope and pray it remains preserved). We can't wait to return with my husband and maybe a few others so we can all enjoy The Tidal Flat and Sapelo!

Sapelo Vacation

Our family had a great stay at the Tidal Flat. The house was perfect and very well stocked, and having the use of a vehicle for exploring the island was a huge plus. We will be back for sure!

Great house, Great location

Perfect place for a trip to Sapelo. Located in the center of Hog Hammock. Clean with god amenities.

Sapelo Retreat

The home on Sapelo was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the nature around us. We will definitely return!!

The house was very clean and nice. It was completely stocked for our stay. The kitchen had pots and pans for us to cook with and they had soaps and shampoos incase you forget yours. Also, they have a vehicle that they let you use to get around the island.

We have stayed in this home for several times. It is always clean and stocked with supplies. The owner always reaches out before and finds out who will be coming so he can get the names and put us on the ferry list. Vary accommodating.

Beautiful Time on Sapelo island

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home, spacious, roomy, huge front porch, just beautiful all around. Will rent this home again.

Quiet and relaxing get-away

The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everything you could possible want was there; spices, utensils, plates, cups, cookware, towels, etc. The beds were wonderful as well.
