3 Story House (over 3000 sq ft) in Clear Creek Area within walking distance of Alpine Bay Golf Course, 20 minutes from Talledega Super Speedway, 30 minutes to Barber Motor Sports, 45 minutes to Birmingham and BHM Airport, 40 minutes to Anniston, and less than 2 hours to Atlanta.

Terrace Level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, pool table, wet bar, and covered sun room.

Main Level as 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open floor plan, kitchen (washer and dryer next room), dining room, living area, 2 car garage, and deck.

Top Level has master suite with 1 bathroom.

Yard is 3/4 of an acre with your own floating dock, boat launch, storage for boat/rv landing, seawall, gazebo, and swings.

Wonderful location for family getaway

Plenty of sleeping room, very spacious house, has a game room and the best part was the gorgeous view in a quiet location.

Enjoyed the Lake View

We were in town for a bass tournament. The property was great for our stay. Enjoyed the deck during the day! Very peaceful area.

Nice place

Stayed here for an event at tye CMP park in Talladega. The location was convenient for us and the home was great for four of us.

Wedding Weekend

My daughter’s wedding was nearby at Ridge Pointe so this was the perfect place for the entire family to stay. The view of the water was beautiful and we enjoyed sipping coffee while watching the sun rise.

Lake Vacation

Beautiful view of lake from this home! Our two families had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. Joel, the owner, was very nice to work with. We were happy with our stay and would visit again!

Beautiful Lake Spot

We stayed here with our family over the Memorial Day weekend. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful home. It had everything we needed. The views from the deck are amazing and there's plenty of space for family to spread out. Our kids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock.

Lovely relaxing location with a lot of space to spread out.

From the beginning, the property manager was very communicative, accessible, and responsive (to everyone in our party). The house was a lovely retreat to return to after attending the races. We had a great stay at this house on the lake.

Lake House Stay

The location was great and the home was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Boat dock accommodated both fishing and our pontoon boat. All appliances worked great, water pressure was great, hvac worked really good, pool table was a lot of fun…. Overall good weekend. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Very enjoyable

It was a very nice property, it does need some updating and should be sprayed to limit the number of bee's, other than that it was very enjoyable & Joel was always available when we needed him.

Quiet Escape

I love the deck and how it sits in the trees with a view of the water. It is stunning at night with all of the stars. This is a quiet area of the lake and very peaceful. Tons of room inside. The inside is rustic but good for a lake cabin. The host was excellent at communicating.

We chose the lakehouse because it is a great weekend getaway from Atlanta. It is the perfect place to get away from the big city and 'commune' with nature.

We enjoy visiting the lake to get away from it all. This is a beautiful house on the water with a great deck to grill or just to relax and enjoy the view. The pool table, darts,and wetbar make it a great place for entertaining friends and family.
