Christian, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay but I am disappointed that you gave us 3 stars based on an event that was going on that detracted from your enjoyment of the porch. There are several events such as bike week, Corvette weekend and classic car weekend that are fun times for most, but will have loud vehicles and can be heard throughout most of OC when outside but not necessarily when inside. It's important if traveling during that time frame that you take a look at OC events page to see what may impact your stay. We work very hard to make sure guests have a great stay but unfortunately, can't control what events are being held during a time frame a guest chooses.

Thanks so much for taking a moment to write this review. We're sorry that you had concerns about the clean. This property underwent a deep clean less than a week prior to your stay and was inspected afterwards. Utensils are cleaned during the deep clean, so it may have been that the one guest prior to you didn't thoroughly wash after they used them. We're glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay. I do wish you would have contacted us as we would have sent the cleaning crew back out. We have no control on the adjustment of the AC but will pass this along to the owner, so they are aware.
