The only things we noticed was a weird smell every once in a while and the tub creaked when you stood in it. It was perfect for a nor’easter weekend away.

Overall it was a good experience staying at this property. List of good things:Excellent location, so close to beach and walking distance to many places;The unit is "cute" as described, especially the porch furnitures;Primary bedroom's king bed is firm and comfortable;The property is decently clean and all appliances are working well.Things could be improved:Carpet stains that have been mentioned in previous reviews;Few edges of dresser drawer can be dusted more carefully;The checkout item of dishes can be modified: it is better for not just cleanliness but health to load used dishes and run dishwasher rather than cleaning and putting back.

Nice location

Enjoyed our stay! Few things noted (ceiling fan made noise, washer bearing going). Nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. Great for our small crew!

Great place

The condo is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Very cute and nicely decorated. The only downfall was the carpeting in both bedrooms was old, stained, and smelly. The cleaning was not up to par. We did have to do some cleaning when we got there, which we usually do some of our own cleaning anyways. Overall the place was great! Would recommend and stay there again!

This was probably the best vacation I've booked because this property was perfect for what we needed with a family of 6 the entrance to the beach was perfect and having the outdoor shower was absolutely perfect it was so easy to keep the condo from getting sand everywhere. It was everything we expected and more. We have it on reserve for next year!

Concerns

Overall a great property and location. Condo is dated. Dryer squeaks, bed squeaks, shower squeaks. The carpets were stained and the master bedroom had a smell. The doorknobs did not open and close smoothly. Not having a full couch was kind of annoying for if we all wanted to sit and relax together.

A much needed break

Check in went smoothly. Located the property no issues. The property needs a GOOD cleaning!!!!! As I know it is a resort area and turnover is quick so don’t expect things like ceiling fans to be dusted as a note stated that was on the refrigerator. However a DIRTY refrigerator/freezer with food left in both. (I had to wipe it out before using it) The kitchen floor hadn’t even been swept there was broken glass on the floor. The counters all had to be wiped off actual food on the counters. Carpets in both bedrooms needed vacuuming and the vacuum there to use was NOT working. Both toilets had to be cleaned as well. We bought a tablecloth for the table it was so sticky and we wiped it over and over again. Finally the night we arrived preheated the oven to send the smoke alarms off because there was something spilled inside of the oven that had never been cleaned up. All of the above are things that should be part of a routine turnover from week to week I would think. Our vacation was wonderful location was great! I just didn’t expect to do the cleaning I did prior to unpacking.

Great location- steps away from the beach, close to many restaurants and our favorite Ocean City spots. The kitchen appliances and bathrooms were very clean. It was a great place for our annual OC vacation!

The location of the property and the space was great! Neighbors are very friendly too. The pictures in the listing are accurate. However, the condo is very much in need of a deep cleaning. All of the baseboards, doors, walls, ceiling fans, backsplash, windows, etc. have not been cleaned in what appears to be many, many months, if not a year. Also , the carpets in both bedrooms are very stained. The fridge and microwave were cleaned and the coffee pot was great.

This unit needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. First the positives: The furniture on the front and back decks is fairly new and in good shape. Also, the furniture in the living room and the dining room set, is great. The location is good and the kitchen is well appointed. The washer and dryer worked good. Now the negatives: The unit was very dirty. The cleaning crew did a decent job of the basics (kitchen countertops and appliances) but the carpet in both bedrooms and the living room was filthy. It actually needs to be replaced as I doubt it would clean properly. There was dust balls hanging from the popcorn ceiling in both bedrooms and the main living area. There was significant dust on most baseboards, the baseboard heating vents and the ceiling fans. It's in desperate need of deep cleaning. Also, there are cracks and spaces throughout the house where the ceiling meets the walls.

Great location

Love north side park, which is on bayside right across coastal highway. Close to the beach with access dune. First floor for ease of unpacking and packing.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo was spacious for our family of 4 and we loved having a washer/dryer. The location was so close to the beach. The bike trail was convenient and we could walk to many restaurants and attractions. Great stay!
