Enjoy this brand new 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private pool. Located in one of Orlando's best resort communities: Storey Lake. Less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World!!!

Step into the nice open living and dining room concept with elegant furnishings and enjoy the view of your own private pool.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make preparing a delicious meal for your family a breeze. The dining area has a table and seating for ten and the breakfast bar in the kitchen can seat three guests at stools.

The loft area on the second floor offers all the comfort to enjoy a movie or just spend time with your family.

This villa features a master bedroom with a king bed and it's own bathroom.

The 2nd master suite has another king bed and it's own en suite bathroom with his and her sink and a walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom.

For the children there's a gorgeous Mickey themed bedroom with a single and a full beds.

Finally, the last bedroom teen themed features a bunk and single bed and make that this beautiful home comfortably sleeps 12.

This villa has it's own private pool, covered outdoor sitting space and a game room with air hockey table.
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

Storey Lake is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the best sites in Orlando. However, you don't have to leave the resort in order to find plenty to do - Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with a lazy river, two water slides, splash pad, beach area, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside café, clubhouse, fitness facility and business center.

Great location, well kept, close to Disney!

My husband and I, our two year old, and two of our friends and their spouses stayed here for a 4 night Disney trip. Property was in great condition, everything was clean and well maintained, and location was ideal for what we needed! We slept in the master bedroom upstairs and the bed was very comfortable. We also paid to heat the pool, as our trip was in Feb, and it heated to an amazingly warm temp, perfect for an evening dip after all day at the parks with a toddler! Would definitely stay here again.

Not as Expected

We could not use the pool and hot tub, it was way too cold. We reached out for assistance numerous times, they said the heat was on but that could not have been the case, water stayed very cold. We only booked this place because of the pool and hot tub so really sucks that we couldn’t use either. House and bedding were clean. Couch in downstairs living space is very uncomfortable.

Fun vacation!

Everything about the house is amazing, except we could never get into the main pool area. This house is on the “no entry list”. I reached out twice, they said they would contact the home owner, but it never got straightened out. If we had known that, we would’ve booked something else. I would also like to note that none of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

Great location and layout

Overall would have rated a 5. We did have two things come up during check-in and the property was very responsive to address. Awesome place would rent again.

Efficient & convenient

Easily able to navigate to Parks and Disney Springs. Groceries and drug stores very close. Short transit to airport. Resort amenities great.

Family Fun

Property was exactly as described. We had a blast gathering together as family for the firat time since COVID. The house was close to everything we wanted to do and the many paths in the area made for excellent and easy walks.

Great location, close to neighbors.

The description of this property was spot on, they provide towels and all the supplies you would need for a great vaca. You bring food if you want to cook they provide pots and pans, bowls and flatware. The water park and lazy river are a great bonus for the area. There is a Publix and several large chain stores within 5 minutes. The ONLY negatives were pool heat is an additional fee (even Florida gets chilly in a pool) and your neighbors are very close. Luckily, we had a great vacation neighbor. This was an absolutly lovely stay.

Great but make sure to report any damaged items.

Overall the property was great. Right next to the pool. Beautiful, clean, well furnished. The only thing is we were charged for patio chairs that were already broken and we didn't report them beforehand. Make sure you report everything that is broken or you will be paying hundreds of extra dollars!

Nice place.. very few extras and the spa was never warmer than the pool..even afte we paid extra

We paid extra to have the pool and spa heated.. this was an issue the entire time we were there. The spa was never warmer than the pool and most days it didn't work at all. If you need a warm pool spa...stay somewere else.. If it's summer you sould be fine.

Excellent Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This modern, open concept home is located close to Disney, grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, etc. This home is great for large families because all the rooms are spacious and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house also has an excellent heated pool. It is a small pool but perfect for a dip. There is a waterpark right outside of the house for families to visit. The property is in a safe area as there is a gate to enter the community. There is also plenty of parking. The reason for the low rating is the series of unfortunate events we experienced. We did not have Wi-Fi until Day 3 of our stay. A couple of our family members planned to work remotely from the home but they were unable to because there was no Wi-Fi available until the weekend. This was a huge inconvenience. The property management company responded to our inquiry for fixing the Wi-Fi but it was ultimately fixed based on the cable/internet companies availability. The other unfortunate situation was the cockroaches. We saw a live cockroach in the downstairs bedroom on the first night. Then upon further inspection the following day, we saw multiple under the kitchen sink. We were ready to pack up and leave. The property management team had an exterminator come. We did see cockroaches a couple more times. I have never ever stayed in a home or hotel that had roaches. This was absolutely disgusting and stressful. We all kept our luggage packed up so that we wouldn't bring them home. I would not recommend this property to a friend until the cockroaches are eliminated.

Close with Cockroaches

Pros: Less than 20min to the parks, very accessible. The space was great for two couples and three singles, and would have easily held more. Everyone having their own bathroom was fantastic. Cons: Lipstick on a pig! At first glance, all was well. The kitchen and bed linens were all clean. However, it didn't take long to notice multiple cockroaches (alive and dead), stained furniture, rusted pool furniture, and a very leaky and musty-smelling master shower. This house has clearly not been maintained beyond a quick wipe here and there. I was embarrassed to have chosen this property for my friends and in the future I will flee from Casiola management as fast as a cockroach!

Beautiful home, fantastic experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the home. It had a great layout, all the necessary amenities and felt like we were staying in a brand new home. The community had a resort style pool area and so you didn't feel like you were staying at a home, but rather a resort. The house is the 2nd one in from the resort so you could walk there. We loved the pool and spa that we had at the house, it was a great way to end the day. We will definitely be returning.
