Regarding the jacuzzi, unfortunately, the heater developed a fault and was not working for a few days during your stay. Although the issue only affected part of your holiday, we arranged a full refund of the pool and spa heating charge, rather than a partial refund, as a gesture of goodwill. Following your feedback, we carried out a thorough investigation into the cleanliness concerns. We would also like to clarify that the stains you described as blood were investigated and found not to be blood. All the maintenance and cleanliness issues raised have since been addressed and rectified with our local management and cleaning teams. We take guest feedback seriously and continually work to maintain and improve our property. While we regret that your experience was disappointing, we hope our prompt response, full heating refund and subsequent corrective actions demonstrate our commitment to our guests. Regarding the Wi-Fi, unfortunately, there was an unexpected technical issue during your stay. As we are based overseas, we rely on our local property management team and technicians to attend to such problems. We apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved. Our swimming pool requires regular professional cleaning to maintain hygiene and water quality, particularly during the summer months. We apologise if the pool maintenance visit caused any inconvenience or if you were not given sufficient notice. We also take your comments about cleanliness seriously and have raised these concerns with our local cleaning and management teams. We always aim to respond to guest enquiries as promptly as possible, although time differences can occasionally affect response times. The BBQ has been replaced with a new one, the kitchen kickboard has been properly repaired, and the property has received additional maintenance. I want to clarify for full transparency: we absolutely do not have any cameras inside the property. As per legal and platform regulations, indoor surveillance is strictly prohibited — and we fully comply with that. The only cameras we have are external, positioned at the driveway for security and guest safety, which is standard practice for holiday rentals.
