The grill situation was an accidental vendor scheduling mix-up during routine maintenance, and we are so sorry that caught you off guard. Regarding the laundry room issue and the kitchen sink drip, we only wish you had allowed us to step in during your stay—as our team could have easily remedied both in just two minutes to make your stay completely comfortable. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind words! We truly appreciate you staying with us at Las Palmas. ​I wanted to follow up regarding your note about a smoke smell. We take feedback like that very seriously, so immediately after your checkout, a few of us went over to the condo to investigate thoroughly. While we certainly don't want to invalidate your experience, we honestly couldn't detect any smoke odor ourselves. Stepping inside, the independent impressions were simply that it smelled clean—courtesy of our housekeeper who had just serviced the unit—with perhaps a hint of fresh leather or clean air from the recent touch-ups. That said, we did some last-minute trimming on a couple of doors during some recent remodeling, and it's possible that faint scent from the freshly cut wood is what you caught! ​Additionally, regarding the screen doors, those are actually removed intentionally because guests frequently walk right through them by accident. ​Most importantly, thank you for pointing out the squeaky door hinge! We would never have known if you hadn't mentioned it, and we've already addressed and fixed it. ​Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we would love to host you anytime you are back in St. George. ​Warmly, Greg

As soon as you reached out during your stay, we immediately removed those restrictions to give you full control over the temperature—thank you for bringing that to our attention so we could adjust it for you right away! ​Resort Layout & Access: Regarding the walk around to the main pool and pickleball courts, we completely understand.
