With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, two queen beds, and a full bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms each with a shower and one with a bidet, adding a soothing touch to your stay. Great Room with Spacious L Shaped Sofa with Large Flat Screen TV, Full Kitchen, Movie Theatre Room with plenty of DVD options and Utility room with Washer and Dryer.The apartment keeps you comfortable with heating and AC, and thoughtful extras like an iron and hair dryer make packing light easy. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning inside, this space feels like a true home away from home. 5 minute drive to the freeway and Little Valley Pickleball Complex. Enjoy access to 2 different pools, one with a hot tub. Walk to a 12.3 acre community park tucked away in a quiet canyon. This location was the perfect size for our family of 7 and had so many things for our little one and only 10 min away from everywhere we wanted to go. It is pristinely kept and very organized. Owners gave all the info we needed and have few and simple leaving instructions. We'll definitely stay here again!

10/10 experience! Extremely clean, fairly priced, and it features a beautiful walkway leading to the private back entrance. This was my first time booking a VRBO myself and I was totally blown away. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

The host was amazing, though our biggest complaint and confusion lay in the fact that this is a basement apartment, not the whole building. We later figured out it is stated in the description as a passing statement but that really hurt our stay. We weren’t able to enjoy it to the fullest because of the family upstairs was loud and disruptive while we were enjoying ourselves and due to the location heavy noise policies are in place which was not expected (we were having a bachelor party with 4 guys, and had some issues with that policy). All in all the location and place was clean, big enough and we had fun, but the problem with the sound and the upstairs tenants is why I only leave 3 stars as that heavily affected the mood and quality of our stay

We’ve never stayed at a rental 2x. But we did this one. The high standard of cleaning is impeccable. It’s spacious. Great communication with Ryan. And such a fun theater room. And we love that he allows dogs. Hopefully we can rent again next time!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was spotless, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after our daily adventures. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy. We made some great family memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
