Waterfront home: pool, dock, golf cart, kayaks, paddle board. This home has a private, zero-entry heated pool and dock (tie up your own boat or daily/weekly rental). 6-seat golf cart, 2-paddle boards, 2-sea kayaks, 6-bicycles and more are included. Two master bedroom suites with water views and soaking tubs plus a third bedroom with custom King Bed and Twin bunk beds. Two living areas also are each furnished with a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate a total of 12 people.

Everything was perfect. Great place to stay especially if you have a boat. We brought our 29 ft boat with us and parked trailer at the Bellair Causeway boat ramp.great communication with owner and property manager.

Amazing!!!

I love this house! I have stayed here several times and will definitely keep coming back! The house is bigger than you would expect for a 3 bed 3 bath. Beautifully furnished and well stocked. Can’t beat the views from the deck!

Really wonderful stay. Great communication and really lovely neighbors, Thank you Paul for accommodations that were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our family enjoyed the pool in the later afternoons after our boat day and the golf cart for beach access was a nice treat. The boat dock was nicely built and fit our 27’ boat without issue. So much fun. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay in May!

We have visited this area the past few years primarily for fishing, which my son, husband and father love. We very much enjoyed this beautiful property while visiting this year! The property was well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed while there - the kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels and linens. The views and pool are lovely. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Easter vibes and sunny skies

We stayed at Indian Rocks Beach for one week over Easter weekend to spend the holiday with our three children (and two friends) - all of whom reside/study in Florida. Ocean Dreaming did not disappoint! This home is so well appointed with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation together. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we were able to prepare meals at home and enjoy gathering together inside or al fresco. My husband likes to grill and cooked several meals outside on the Blackstone Grill. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable for a good night rest. The family room is cozy and provided enough room for all seven of us to snuggle in for a movie night. We rented a boat for the week and were able to moor the boat alongside the dock safely. The pool and deck area were put to good use by our family every day. My husband and I even had a bonfire one evening after the kids had all returned to school. Paul is an excellent host! He is responsive to any and all questions to ensure a wonderful time is had by all:) We will definitely return to Ocean Dreaming if Indian Rocks Beach is once again our destination.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the best time staying at the Ocean Dreaming home! We loved being a short drive from the beach, enjoying cooking on the blackstone, lounging in the pool or just hanging around the house! The house was very clean and well stocked! We had great communication with Paul and he was on top of everything! We are already trying to plan a return visit!

Great place to stay, especially for boaters

Our family had a great stay at the Ocean Dreaming home. The communication from the homeowner was excellent before and throughout our stay. The kids had a great time fishing from the dock and enjoyed the pool. If you’re a boater, this is a great location as the dock is really nice and the docking area is out of any wake zones and the home is very close to a public boat ramp. Also the bikes and golf cart are very nice touches for getting from the house to the beach. Overall was a great experience and hope to return soon.

Perfect Week

We absolutely love this place. It is our home away from home and we had a perfect week. This was our third visit and it was the best one yet. The house is very clean and it has everything you need for a great experience. Wonderful pool area and the new dock looks great. We once again enjoyed kayaking the intercoastal waters and taking the golf cart to local restaurants and to the beach. Paul is great and he has a great property manager in Cheryl who is so friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough to express our true review of this place.

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we arrived at Paul's beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach, we knew we were in for a treat. The house itself is a marvel, combining elegance with a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The standout feature for us was definitely the pool. It was pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect oasis to relax and cool off after a day at the nearby beach. The pool area was equipped with comfortable loungers and shaded areas, ideal for enjoying a good book or sipping a cocktail in the afternoon sun. Paul was an exceptional host, attentive and responsive as was Cheryl the wonderful property manager. The golf cart that was provided was awesome for getting around the neighborhood. The location of the home couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the serene beaches of Indian Rocks and minutes from great restaurants and shops. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and more, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was evident that Paul takes great pride in his home and strives to provide an exceptional experience for his guests. We left with many wonderful memories and look forward to returning to this beautiful property soon. For anyone looking to have a relaxing and luxurious beach vacation, this home in Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect choice! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! We cannot wait to return!! Thanks Paul!!

Great Property in Indian Rocks Beach

Property was in a great location for going to Indian Rocks beach. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach and they provided everything you need for the beach: chairs, small cooler, umbrellas, beach toys if you have children. Property is in a great spot to paddle board and kayak. We saw dolphins several times from the dock and while paddle boarding. Really a lovely spot and vacation home. The house's layout was perfect for our group of 6 friends.

Best Property Ever

The home is everything as advertised and then some. The house is in a perfect setting with all of the amenities anyone could ask for in a beach location. The property was spotless. Communications leading up to and during the stay were regular and very genuine in doing everything possible to make it a great experience. Can't say enough great things about this home!

Sun/warmth seeking

We rang in the New Year at Ocean Dreaming. The home was perfect for our family of 12 to share the time together. So many lovely amenities available for use on site, from kitchen and home items, to beach and transportation with the golf cart and bicycles. The outdoor space was perfect too even though it was not warm enough to use the pool, our crew had a great time fishing off the dock with lots of success. Even getting to see a dolphin. Close enough for nice walks to cafés, lovely restaurants, and many beautiful beach spots. Only a short drive to many other locations gives you options to be a tourist or just relax and try to sneak in with locals. During our stay we contacted Simply Hooked Sport Charter Fishing to arrange a fishing charter where our crew enjoyed a half day of fishing. Their massive catch was cleaned and then taken up to Jimmy Guana's where they prepared the fish grilled, blackened and fried, cannot get any fresher than this, so good! Communication with the owner prior and during our stay was perfect and easy. The only recommendation we would make is that if you will need the pull-out sofa as a bed for guests that you try to arrange for an air mattress instead.The mattress on that bed is extremely thin and the metal frame was felt through the mattress.The bed also made a popping sound when guests moved which can be heard upstairs. Luckily we had an air-mattress so we did not need to bring this up during our stay. Such a beautiful property and location.

Great stay in IRB!

I grew up in the area and love to bring my family down to see the grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it has always been a wonderful visit. The pool heater kept the pool warm and the kids got to enjoy it even on some chilly days. We also got a few visits from dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! I also love the local restaurants and had great meals at Guppys, PJs, and Chicago Jaqx.

Great house with great views

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Dreaming. The house has a great floor plan and an even better outdoor space. The pool is heated and has great views - we frequently spotted dolphins and manatees off the dock. Check in was quick and easy. Both the host and the property manager were accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It’s clear that the owner wants guests to have an enjoyable stay and takes pride in his property. We will absolutely consider returning!

I cannot say enough great things about this home! I hosted a girls' weekend here and this property went beyond our expectations. The location is perfect - just a short golfcart ride from the beach and IRB restaurants, as well as ~15 minute Uber ride from downtown Clearwater. We found that we spent the majority of our time enjoying the beautiful pool and fun outdoor activities (kayaking, paddle boarding, etc.). The home itself is beautiful - very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The host, Paul, and the property manager, Cheryl, were both so helpful and responsive. We had such a wonderful weekend - thank you!

Perfect Experience

This property is absolutely amazing and the owner and manager are fantastic as well. We’ve stayed twice now and plan on booking at least every other year. The house is very clean and in great condition and has everything you need. The golf cart is great for getting around. The kayaks are great for visiting the bird sanctuary and dolphin sightings on the inner coastal waters. The pool is perfect. Basically, we just love this place!

Fantastic Rental

What else can I say about this house but none other than truly amazing. Check in was so easy and the property manager is the best. She helped me get acquainted with the property and is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The views of the water from the pool are fantastic. We lived in the pool all weekend. If you’re looking for a great vacation rental this definitely should be your #1 pick.

Wonderful location

My parents and I enjoyed a week at this property. It is in a great location nearby everything. We really enjoyed the pool, the golf cart, and kayaks. The home owner & property manager were wonderful to work with. They were both very communicative when we inquired about anything. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet (quiet except for the house next door- they like to use their outside radio quite often but only during the day) The only issue we ran into was the upstairs shower did not heat up. Management immediately tried to remedy the situation but unfortunately it was not a quick fix so unable to get it fixed during our stay. We would recommend this home to those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe home. All of the added amenities (at no extra cost) were a huge plus!!!

My family and I vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach during 2018 winter and loved it so much we purchased this beautiful home for a family vacation retreat. Eventually, we plan to enjoy it full time.

We chose this property because it has a fabulous location in IRB. It's on the Intracoastal and is only a 5+ minute golf cart drive to fabulous Gulf of Mexico beaches. We love the meticulous care taken in the renovation of the home, pool and dock. This home is perfect for swimming in the pool, boating, combing beaches and an evening out at IRB's restaurants.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

When we vacationed this year, we had IRB's best boat captain show us the area. We parked our car the first day and traveled primarily via boat to restaurants, beaches and an evening concert in Clearwater. We went fishing, wake surfing and on dolphin and sunset cruises. We want visitors to enjoy the area as much as we did. The boat dock allows for rentals to be tied up, paddle boards or kayaks to be launched or you can rely on the same boat captain that introduced us to the area. Please don't hesitate to message for details. The fun factor is why we purchased this piece of paradise.
