Unlike previous properties I’ve visited, the photos matched the reality. We opted for this property for the outdoor space. And it was where we spent all of our time. Great pool and spa. Wonderful views for morning coffee and the covered eating area kept us dry during those typical FL pop up showers. Property was also very clean and had a bonus fridge which came in handy as we cooked a lot of our own meals. My crew loved this house. Host was easy to work with as well. Great experience!

Loved our stay. Was a great space for all of us. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins every morning

What an amazing vacation with my family. All loved the home, pool, boating, fishing and relaxing. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay.

Beautiful, clean home in perfect location!! Enjoyed hot tub and good fishing off dock!

Waterfront Escape was great!

Loved it - saw dolphins and pool was perfect for kids! We loved it!! 6 adults and 3 kids under 5! Awesome! The beach was close and not very crowded!!! 🙌

30th Birthday

Had a blast at the home! The home was clean, the property owners were extremely communicative and honestly we had Zero issues with this house. Would recommend to anyone!

The host was awful and overbearing. Complete opposite of your recent ad campaign. She refused to heat the pool for us. I practically begged her to turn the heat on for us and offered to pay extra if necessary. She refused unless the air temperature was over 59f. When it did turn on, it was only on intermittently and not trying to heat to the advertised temperature. Terrible experience for a family with 3 young kids.

From the owner: "We’re sorry to hear that the pool temperature did not meet your expectations during your stay. During your mid-February visit, outdoor temperatures were in the low 40s, with wind chills closer to 30 degrees, which makes it difficult for a large pool heater to reach or maintain 85 degrees. We communicated this at the time and explained that the heater would not be able to perform as expected under those conditions. As an alternative, we recommended using the spa, which can heat quickly to a much warmer temperature due to its smaller size. Thank you for sharing your feedback."

Beautiful views

This property had amazing views, and a great outdoor area overlooking the harbor. The home is decorated kind of oddly, and one of the bedrooms with a king bed didn’t have a full bath, so that was a little bit of a disappointment, but the property was very clean in the communication with the management company was easy.

Perfect for a short girls weekend

The property looked just like it did in the photos. Kinda kitschy, nothing matched but who cares? The house had everything we needed and we all had our own space. Only thing is we were surprised to learn that there was a fee for heating the hot tub after we booked which bummed us out but even so, would book again. The Turkish restaurant within walking distance was fantastic.

Spring break 2025

The house and views were beautiful. Dolphins swam up to our dock multiple times. Had plenty of space and essentials for hosting large family group. But be aware of the separate fee to heat hot tub and pool. Pool heat ineffective when colder.

The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It didn’t have a home like environment to it, very sterile. There were no books or games, decor was very limited. Some of the furniture was in less than desirable shape- rattan table on the patio had legs that were fraying the same with some chairs. There was rusted chair legs. The cushions on the patio were very worn and had tears in them. This place has so much potential to be very inviting.

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- They’ve replaced six patio chairs and added new water-resistant cushions to ensure the outdoor space is more comfortable and inviting for future guests.- The home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, local entertainment, a playground, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Many guests have enjoyed the convenience and variety this location offers.Thanks again for your feedback and for helping us improve the guest experience!
