The home is located within a 5 minute boat ride to Deerfield cove marina and Tiki bar, Shanghai, Sugar Hollow and the famous jumping bridge.

Located in a quiet cove on over an acre, the woods on one side of the property offers privacy and a natural setting. The large deck overlooking the lake provides the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee and the nature all around. Being waterfront in a cove, makes it a safe and relaxing place to spend time on the water. The cove is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating and fishing. A perfect gathering spot for family and friends.


The main level includes a large great room with a 75 inch TV, surround sound, stone fireplace, hardwood floors and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The well stocked kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with professional gas cooktop, double convection ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, granite countertops, stone fireplace and an LCD TV. A gas grill is located on the deck outside of the kitchen for your convenience. A privacy door is available to close the bedroom and bath off from the family room.
